【Objective】To study patients with non-obese type2diabetes after gastric bypass theinfluence of clinical observations, changes in serum Dipeptidyl Peptidase-IV(DPP-IV),glucagons-like peptide-1(GLP-1) levels and other humoral factorson Detection. To explore the dipeptidyl peptidase-IV gastric bypass in thetreatment of diabetes possible mechanism.【Methods】Twenty-five cases of gastric cancer with non-obese type2diabetes weresuffered gastric bypass operation. DPP-IV, plasma glucose and GLP-1concentrations were measured respectively in fasting and postprandial conditionsbefore operation and in week4,12and24after gastric bypassoperation.According to patients after gastric bypass diet medication and observethe outcome of cases with type2diabetes.【Results】1. Blood-glucose Compared with the levels before operation, the plasmaglucose levels were descending in week4,12and24after gastric bypassoperation(P <0.05);2. Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) Compared with the levels before operation, the Hemoglobin A1c were descending in week12and24after gastric bypassoperation (P <0.05);3. Insulin level Compared with the levels before operation, the the plasmaInsulin level were ascending in week4,12and24after gastric bypass operation(P <0.05);4. GLP-1level Compared with the levels before operation, the the plasma GLP-1level were ascending in week4,12and24after gastric bypass operation(P <0.05);5. DPP-IV level Compared with the levels before operation, the theplasma DPP-IV level were descending in week4,12and24after gastric bypassoperation (P <0.05);6. The relationship between the DPP-IV and GLP-1, insulin, blood-glucosePearson correlationanalysis, plasma DPP-IV concentrations and GLP-1,insulin concentration was significantly negatively; plasma DPP-IVconcentrations and blood glucose was significantly positively;7. Complication after operation, all patients were to stop or reducemedication; the diabetes control rate was80%(20/25)overall24weeks afteroperation.【Conclusions】1. GBP treatment of non-obese type2diabetes on blood glucose, glycatedhemoglobin controls are effective;2. GBP treatment of non-obese type2diabetes on blood DPP-IV level weredescending and GLP-1level were ascending;3. GBP by inhibiting the activity of DPP-IV, so that the body such as theconcentration of GLP-1increased the purpose to control blood sugar;...
