For the clinical treatment of premature ovarian failure caused by menopause, premature ovarian function of Wai-induced menopausal symptoms, estrogen levels fluctuate or decline leading to autonomic dysfunction provide safe and effective, side effects of treatment prescriptions.MethodsThe study inclusion criteria will comply with100cases, the use of randomized, positive drug control method is divided into three groups:Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment groups combined cycle34cases using artificial kidney Zhang Fang therapy, medicine control group of33patients with simple artificial cycle therapy medicine, herbal medicine alone control group,33cases treated three menstrual cycles as a course. Disease efficacy, and clinical symptoms before menstruation three groups of cases observed treatment, hormone levels and the B-ovary, endometrium, etc.ResultChinese and western medicine group in improving the menstrual cycle, ovarian function caused by elevated confining premature menopause symptoms kupperman of symptom scores and sex hormones FSH, FSH/LH levels, low E2levels and endometrial thickness respects better than western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine (P<0.01); in terms of improving clinical symptoms similar medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in the control group, but were better than the comparison group (P<0.05); improving ovarian volume and western medicine control group or comparison group showed no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion Kidney Zhang Fang combined with western artificial cycle therapy, improvement in the treatment of menstrual cycle, the ovarian function of confining caused premature menopause symptoms and improve sex hormone levels especially for the regulation of FSH and E2and endometrial thickness obviously better than western medicine treatment group or alone, the treatment of premature ovarian failure effect is significant, and good long-term effect on the recovery of ovarian function has a positive effect, for ovulatory disorder infertility, prevention of premature ovarian failure, slow decline of ovarian function and so has a better therapeutic effect.
