Objective To observe the effect of eosinophils in nasal polyps and clinical significance of aggregation percentagein the peripheral blood of patients with nasal polyps; provide guidance for the further treatment of the disease; to evaluate the prognosis of the disease.Methods30cases of nasal polyps were selected as experimental group,10cases of simple selection of patients with nasal septum deviation control group. The two groups of patients with preoperative peripheral blood eosinophil percentage results, and according to the postoperative pathological examination to observe the nasal polyp tissueeosinophils granulocyte aggregation results, statistical analysis, the differences between the two groups. The experimental group of preoperative peripheral blood eosinophilic granulocyte percentage and histopathologicobservation of eosinophilic granulocyte in nasal polyps were statistically analyzed the aggregation degree.Results30cases of nasal polyp patients,10patients with nasal septum deviation. The percentage of eosinophils in two groups of patients in the peripheral blood (7.31%:3.09%), P<0.05, the difference has statistical significance.Eosinophil accumulation was positively correlated with the degree of peripheral blood eosinophil percentage andnasal polyp tissue pathology results (r=0.55, P=0.001<0.05). The area under the ROC curve was0.818, the percentage of eosinophils to intercept the value5.65%in peripheral blood. Conclusion The nasal polyps patients, peripheral blood eosinophil percentage increased in patients with nasal polyposis tissue disease inspection results of eosinophils had gathered, and the higher degree of agglomeration, prolong the nasal cavity mucosa of time after operation.
