Objective:To study the general characteristics, clinical symptoms and positive expression rates of IL-6 and IL-23 in nasal polyps with neutrophil infiltration as the main nasal polyps,to provide new insights into the classification and different types of features of nasal polyps Research direction. Methods:Patients with nasal polyps who were hospitalized in our department from June 2016-October 2017 were collected and screened with light microscopy under a 400 magnification microscope according to the degree of different cell infiltration in pathological images of postoperative nasal polyps. The neutrophil infiltration is the main type of nasal polyp tissue, eosinophil infiltration is the main type of nasal polyp tissue,as two experimental groups [7];collected from June 2016-October 2017 in our department Surgical treatment of nasal septum deviation in patients with simple nasal septum deviation correction of the uncinate process mucosa as a control group specimens. The percentage of neutrophils and percentage of eosinophils were calculated by counting the fasting blood routines of patients in the two experimental groups, and the sexes of the two experimental groups and ages were recorded. The SNOT-20(most important 5 items)method was used. The subjective symptoms of the two experimental groups were scored separately;the positive rate of IL-6 and IL-23 expression in nasal polyps and normal uncinate process mucosa were detected by immunohistochemistry. The above data were processed with the statistical software SPSS 21.0.The statistical method was used to compare the normality test and theindependent sample t-test and the chi-square test between the two groups of measurement data.Results:38 cases of neutrophilic nasal polyps and 46 cases of eosinophilic nasal polyps were selected as the experimental group;20 cases of simple nasal septum degenerative surgery were selected as the control group;the gender of NEUNP patients was selected. The proportion(20/18)of the proportion of patients with EOSNP was(25/21),x~2=0.025,P(P=0.88)>0.05.There was no significant difference between the two groups. There was no significant difference between the two genders;NEUNP patients The mean age(46±14)was compared with the average age of patients with EOSNP(43±15),t=0.94,P(P=0.35)>0.05,there was no statistical difference, indicating that there was no significant difference between the two ages;NEUNP The average percentage of neutrophils in patients(54.75±7.95%)was slightly higher than that in patients with EOSNP(51.97±6.33%),but t=1.784,P(P=0.08)>0.05,which was not statistically significant;NEUNP patients The average percentage of eosinophils(2.63±1.13%)was slightly lower than that of the EOSNP patients(3.12±1.39%),but t=-1.75,P(P=0.08)>0.05,which was not statistically significant. The average score of cough symptoms in NEUNP patients(1.66±0.97)was significantly greater than that in EOSNP patients(1.15±0.79),t=2.66,P(P=0.01)<0.05,which was statistically significant, indicating that patients with NEUNP have more severe cough symptoms The mean score of patients with nephritis who had purulent nasal discharge(1.610.95)was significantly higher than that of patients with EOSNP(1.20±0.86),t=2.07,P(P=0.04)<0.05,which was statistically significant, indicating that patients with NEUNP had a current The symptoms of purulent nasal discharge were heavier. The P values of NEUNP patients and EOSNP patients were higher than the mean values of mean nasal discharge, mean value of nasal pneumothorax, and mean value of night-time sleep quality. The P values were all higher than 0.05,there was no significant difference, indicating no obvious difference in the three clinical manifestations between the two groups of patients. The positive rate of IL-6 inNEUNP(89%)was significantly higher than the positive rate of EOSNP(72%),x~2 =4.06,P(P = 0.04)<0.05,statistically significant;the positive rate of NEUNP(89%)was significantly higher The control group(10%),x~2= 35.15,P(P <0.01)<0.05,statistically significant;EOSNP positive rate(72%)was significantly higher than the control group(10%),x~2= 21.33,P(P <0.01)<0.05,statistically significant. The positive rate of NEUNP(84%)was significantly higher than the positive rate of EOSNP(61%),x~2=5.56,P(P=0.018)<0.05,statistically significant;the positive rate of NEUNP(84%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(25%).),x~2 =19.89,P(P <0.01)<0.05,statistically significant;EOSNP positive rate(61%)was significantly higher than the control group(25%),x~2= 7.17,P(P <0.01)<0.05,there are statistics Meaning. Conclusion:Patients with neutrophils and nasal polyps have the general characteristics of patients with nasal polyps,no significant gender, age differences, the average percentage of neutrophils in the peripheral blood, and the average percentage of eosinophils have no significant increase or decrease. As an inflammatory cell, neutrophils have their unique inflammatory mechanisms that can cause heavier pus and cough symptoms, indicating that neutrophils play an important role in the formation of nasal polyps,IL-6,IL-23,an important cytokine in the inflammatory reaction caused by neutrophils,is involved in the pathogenesis of nasal polyps.
