Purpose:This study used has qingrejiedu, remove stasis dryness efficacy ofqing dry jiedu decoction in the treatment of sjogren’s syndrome in rats, byexamining the immune function and observed the pathological morphologicalchanges in the rat submandibular gland, and from various target to explore jieduhuoxue dryness is a the dry poisoned soup medicinal mechanism for the treatmentof SS.Material and method:Adopt complete freund’s adjuvant increase immune ratrat submandibular gland homogenate, sjogren’s syndrome in rats model wasestablished. After the success of the building, will build model rats wererandomly divided into: the experimental model group, traditional Chinesemedicine (TCM) in the control group, dry soup dose groups, dry poison decoctionhigh dose group, Chinese medicine control group8.Control group to PaFuLinChinese medicine, Chinese medicine treatment group to dry poisoned soup, highdose lavage.Normal group and8normal saline lavage.Give the dose of10ml/kg,the next day, after21days all40rats to be put to death. To observe the foodintake in rats and the change of the water quantity, saliva flow, test the immunefunction of IgG and C-reactive protein.Results:1. Compared with model group, dry poisoned soup treatment rats intake increased(p<0.05), the water quantity decreased significantly (p<0.01),saliva flow rateincreased (p <0.05).Test the immune function IgG have obvious changes (p<0.05),C-reactive protein have obvious changes (p<0.05).2. Compared with PaFuLin group, dry poisoned soup treating rat food intake, waterquantity, saliva flow, immunoglobulin IgG and C-reactive protein were nosignificant change (P>0.05). Conclusion:1. Dry poisoned soup can significantly improve the quantity of sjogren’s syndromein rats to eat and drink, saliva flow.2. Dry poisoned soup can inhibit immunoglobulin IgG, C-reactive proteinexpression, immune regulation, contribute to the treatment of sjogren’ssyndrome.
