| Purpose:To explore the Anti-inflammatory, anti-adhesion function of Penyankanggranule by observing the change about the Expression of MMP-2,ICAM-1,VEGF inuterine tissue of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID) model rats,to provide theexperimental basis of clinical application.Methods:Choose80female Wistar rats,use the mechanical damage and mixedbacteria (escherichia coli,B dissolve hemorrhagic hammer,staphylococcus aureus in2:1:1) cause pelvic inflammatory disease model in rats. Divide rats into normalgroup,sham operation group,model group,Penyankang granule group,proprietaryChinese medicine control group and western medicine control group randomly. Afterdrug intervention30consecutive days,the macroscopic observation the changes in ratuterus shape,the optical microscope observation the morphological changes of uterustissue.Use the immunohistochemistry method to detect the expression ofmatrixmetalloproteinase protein-2(MMP-2),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in CPID rats’uterine tissue.Results:(1) To observe morphological changes of uterus tissue in CPID model ratsby Optical microscope showing that,Penyankang granule can effectively reduce theendometrial layer thickening and edema,epithelial cells degeneration ban necrosisfalls off, infiltration of inflammatory cells,reduce tissue adhesion and promote tissuerepair.(2) The expression of MMP-2,ICAM-1,VEGF in CPID model rats uterine tissuewere increase compared with the normal group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). After drug intervention,the expression of MMP-2, ICAM-1,VEGF in uterinetissue in each treatment group compared with the model group, were decline(P<0.05),but had not reach normal levels.About the expression of MMP-2,Penyankang granule group compared with the proprietary Chinese medicine group,the difference was significant (P<0.05),but compared with the western medicine group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).About the expressionof ICAM-1, Penyankang granule group compared with Chinese medicine group wasno statistically significant difference(P>0.05),compared with western medicine group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF in Penyankanggranule group,Chinese medicine group,western medicine group, the difference wasnot statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Penyankang granule have the function that effectively reduce theendometrial layer thickening and edema,epithelial cells degeneration ban necrosisfalls off, infiltration of inflammatory cells,reduce tissue adhesion and promote tissuerepair;Penyankang granule can adjust the expression of MMP-2, ICAM-1,VEGF inCPID model rats’ uterine tissue,to eliminate pelvic inflammation,relieve pelvicadhesions of CPID model rats to reach the role of the treatment of CPID. |
