The Curative Effect Observation Of Pen Qiangyan Granule On Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Of Blood Stasis And Asthenia Of Kidney And Study On The Effects Of Anti-oxidant Mechanism In The Experimental Model Rats

Objective: To observe the clinic curative effect of Pen Qiangyan Granule on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (CPID)of blood stasis and asthenia of kidney and effect on anti-oxidant index in serum of the experimental model rats, probing the anti-oxidant mechanism of Pen Qiangyan Granule to cure CPID, and providing evidences for clinical application.Methods: 60 cases of CPID were divided into two groups randomly: Pen Qiangyan Granule treatment group and Pen Yanjing Granule control group, each group of 30 cases. We observed the clinical efficiency, the clinical symptoms and the physical signs.We used female Wistar rats as experimental subject and used the method of mixed bacteria injection combined with mechanic injury to establishe the CPID model. Sixty rats were randomly divided into seven groups, after treatment, we used the method of xanthine oxidase to assay the level of SOD and the method of thio-malonylurea to assay the level of MDA in serum of rats in each group, and observed the histomorphological changes of the rats' uteri .Results: Clinical observed results showed that the total effective rate and the recovery rate of the treatment group and the control group are significantly different(P<0.01), and traditional Chinese medicine symptom curative effect of the treatment group and the control group are significantly different(P<0.05), stating that the curative effect of treatment group is superior to control group. Two groups of medicines can imporve patinet's comprehensive points,traditional Chinese medicine symptom points and part physical sign points, there are a significant difference(P<0.05), state that the curative effect of treatment group is superior to control group.Experimental results showed that the serous level of SOD in model group was significantly lower than this in normal group(P<0.01);the serous level of MDA in model group is significantly higher than this in normal group(P<0.01).After treatment, the serous levels of SOD in all treatment groups are significantly increased than those in model group(P<0.01), the serous levels of MDA in all treatment group are significantly decreased than those in model group(P<0.01). The serous levels of SOD and MDA in Pen Qiangyan Granule large dose group and medium dose group are superior to the levels of Pen Yanjing Granule group(P<0.05),and approach to the normal level. The serous concentration correlation coefficient of SOD and MDA in Pen Qiangyan Granule dose group is 0.798, presenting notable negative correlation(P<0.01).Conclusions: Pen Qiangyan Granule has effective clinical result in the treatment of CPID of blood stasis and asthenia of kidney. Pen Qiangyan Granule could adjust the level of the anti-oxidant index in serum, restore the immune balance effectively, inhibit inflammation,speed up eliminating free radicles, decrease the lipid, so as to relieve the chronic injury of pelvic tissures and organs.
