| Objective:To observe the clinic study of Pen Qiangyan Granule on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory Disease (CPID)of blood stagnate and deficiency of the kidney and The effect on adhesion related molecules of the experimental model rats, and probe the mechanism of action, and provide evidence for its clinical application. adhesion related moleculesMethods:60 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into two groups randomly; Pen Qiangyan Granule treatment group and Pen Yanjing Granule control group, each group of 50 examples. Observe clinical efficiency,clinical symptoms, physical signs after the treatment.Rat model was made with mixed bacterium.After treatment we assayed the levels of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-α), intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)Results:The total effective rate and the recovery rate of the treatment group and the control group are significantly different (P=0.001).After treatment by Pen Qiangyan Granule, two groups of medicines can to imporve patinet's the comprehensive points,traditional Chinese medicine symptom points and some body to solicit points, there are a significant difference(P<0.05), state that the treat group's curative effect and is superior to contrasting the group. The result of study indicates, the age, course of disease, condition have not obviously influenced curative effect.The experimental results show that the levels of TGF-β1, TNF-α, ICAM-1 the treatment group and the control group are significantly different(P<0.05or P<0.01). Conclusions:Pen Qiangyan Granule has effective clinical result in the treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease with blood stasis asthenia of kidney.
