Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Ovulation Dysfunction Infertility Of Kidney Deficiency Andblood Stasis Type By Transcutaneous Acupoint Electrical Stimulation

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on ovulation dysfunction infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods 90 cases of ovulatory dysfunctional infertility diagnosed as kidney deficiency and blood stasis type by gynecology and Acupuncture Department from April 2018 to December 2019,were collected and included in this study.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with clomiphene cirtrate plus traditional Chinese medicine BuShenhuoxuefang,and the treatment group was treated with transcutaneous acupoint electric stimulation on the basis of clomiphene cirtrateplus plusBuShenhuoxuefang.After treatment,TCM syndrome score,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,maximum follicle diameter(FD),endometrial thickness(EM),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and adverse drug reactions were observed and evaluated.Results 1.ComParison of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was a significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).2.The comparison of ovulation rate after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of pregnancy rates between the two groups after treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of the maximum follicular diameter before and after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the maximum follicular diameter between the treated group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).5.There was a statistically significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);there was a statistically significant difference in endometrial thickness between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).6.Comparison of HAMA points before and after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);HAMA points were significantly different between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).7.The difference in HAMD score between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in the HAMD score between the treatment group and the control group after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.Transcutaneous acupoint electric stimulation can improve the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of ovulation dysfunction infertility patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis;2.Transcutaneous acupoint electric stimulation can help the growth of endometrium;3.Transcutaneous acupoint electric stimulation can improve the anxiety and depression of patients;4.Transcutaneous acupoint electric stimulation can improve the ovulation rate;5.Transcutaneous acupoint electric stimulation can help the occurrence of pregnancy.
