Objective:This study was to observe the bitter ginseng soup fumigation combinedinfrared irradiation on the clinical effect of the treatment of anal fistula postoperativewound healing, and to explore its mechanism.Methods:Choice in April2013to February2014between the onset of60patients withanal fistula low, were randomly divided into treatment group30cases and controlgroup,30cases in treatment group postoperatively bitter ginseng soup fumigationwith infrared irradiation, twice a day. The control of postoperative use of1:5000potassium permanganate fumigation with infrared radiation,2times a day. Selectedanal fistula postoperative wound pain, wound drainage situation, granulation, woundhealing rate, wound healing time as observation index, respectively in postoperative3,7,12,18days to observe and record, use SPSS19.0statistical software analysisresults.Results:Two groups of patients age, wound original area by t test, gender checked by2, no significant statistical difference (P>0.05), two groups of cases of general datacomparable. After18days after treatment, the treatment group clinical recovery in16cases,13cases had marked effect,1case effectively,0no effect, the effective ratewas100%;13cases of control group in clinical recovery,11cases were markedlyeffective,6cases effective,0no effect, the effective rate was100%, but the twogroups of comprehensive curative effect is no statistical difference (P>0.05).Treatment of3,7,12,18days, the two groups in wound healing rate comparisonresults show that the third day there was no significant statistical difference (P>0.05),7,12,18days have significant difference (P<0.05); After3,7,12,18days, twogroups in wound drainage comparison results show that the3and7days have statistical difference (P<0.05),12,18days there was no significant difference(P>0.05); After3,7,12,18days, the two groups in wound pain score comparison resultsshow that the3and7days have statistical difference (P<0.05),12,18days there wasno significant difference (P>0.05); After3,7,12,18days, two groups in granulationform comparison results showed statistically significant (P<0.05); Treatment groupthe average wound healing time was25.60days, and the control group the averagewound healing time was29.80days, the two groups in the average wound healingtime is t test (P<0.05), statistically significantConclusion:Bitter ginseng soup fumigation joint used for anal fistula, postoperativeinfrared irradiation can improve local blood circulation, promote the growth ofgranulation tissue, and promote the anal fistula postoperative wound healing,significantly shorten the healing between, and can reduce the anal fistulapostoperative wound pain, reduce the drainage of the wound, and no obvious sideeffects and allergic reactions, clinical application of security is good, is worthpromoting.
