ObjectiveThrough the study of pulmonary embolism of the disease, early warning information, clinical manifestations, physical examination, auxiliary examination, TCM syndromes characteristics, as well as the correlation between the elements of the case, TCM syndrome induced pulmonary embolism, to investigate the internal relationship between clinical characteristics of pulmonary embolism, early warning information, important auxiliary examination index and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of pulmonary embolism, and lay the foundation for the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment system research, Chinese medicine in the prevention of pulmonary embolism.MethodsThis research collectes from January1,2011to December31,2013in Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital, Institute of pulmonary embolism, branch of inpatient discharge or death of a total of103cases of patients with general information, collection, pulmonary embolism risk early warning information, auxiliary examination, treatment, TCM four diagnostic information data into the database, and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS18.0, and TCM syndrome clustering analysis of syndromes, obtained four types of syndromes of TCM syndrome type of TCM, induction of patients with pulmonary embolism. According to the statistical results, combined with TCM analysis results, summarize the clinical characteristics of patients with pulmonary embolism.Results1. Epidemiology:Patients with pulmonary embolism occurred in more than60years; the main pulmonary embolism treated mainly with critical illness related department and Department of internal medicine. In order to malignant tumor, fracture, cerebral apoplexy diagnosis on admission were more likely to suffer pulmonary embolism in hospital. Pulmonary embolism were associated with high mortality rates, most of the hospital and undiagnosed cases.2. Risk warning information characteristics:Age, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, deep vein thrombosis, cancer, surgical operation, hyperlipidemia is the most common risk factors of pulmonary embolism disease. Modified Geneva, Wells were all sensitive to those cases caused by deep vein thrombosis, those case with typical symptoms.3. Symptoms of pulmonary embolism:The most common symptoms of shortness of breath or breathing difficulties, followed by cough, sputum, chest tightness, lower extremity edema, hypotension, syncope, chest pain, hemoptysis.4The auxiliary examination:Pulmonary embolism in patients with D-2dimer increased significantly; D-2dimer may not be sensitive to air embolism; even if the D-2dimer is less than500U/L cannot completely exclude pulmonary embolism. Contrast enhanced chest CT is important in diagnosis of pulmonary embolism.5The TCM Syndromes of pulmonary embolism:TCM Syndromes of pulmonary embolism is divided into4categories, which is Qi deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, Qi deficiency and phlegm heat stasis, Qi deficiency and blood stasis, deficiency of Yang Qi prostration syndrome. Qi deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is the main syndrome type of deficiency of pulmonary embolism, is a key factor in pulmonary embolism disease occurrence and development, and there exists because of the deficiency of blood stasis and blood stasis induced by deficiency in2cases. Qi deficiency and blood stasis is the typical syndromes of pulmonary embolism, more complicated by deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism, with typical symptoms, after active treatment, the prognosis is good. Yang Qi prostration syndrome patients, risk stratification is higher, the illness is serious, prognosis is poor, with a high mortality rate, the end stage of pulmonary embolism disease.ConclusionAll kinds of risk early warning method for the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism, grading of disease, syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine has certain effect. D-2dimer, chest have a very important significance to enhance CT diagnosis for pulmonary embolism. TCM Syndromes of pulmonary embolism is divided into4categories, respectively is Qi deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, Qi deficiency and phlegm heat stasis, Qi deficiency and blood stasis, deficiency of Yang Qi prostration syndrome, deficiency syndrome is a key factor in the onset of pulmonary embolism.
