Objective: Based on the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine under theguidance of the theory, through the observation of phlegm dampness in children withasthma exacerbation and remission and clinical manifestation after each observationindexes, comprehensive evaluation of the curative effect of using traditional Chinesemedicine conditioning treatment of asthma in children with physical method, in orderto seek the effective treatment of asthma in children.Methods:Collect consistent with asthma, phlegm damp constitution in TCM andWestern diagnosis of asthma children in each35cases respectively in the hospital oftraditional Chinese medicine and Western Hospital, divided into the treatment groupand zhe control group, the treatment group application dampness prescription drugphysique differentiation treatment, the control group treatment by atomizationinhalation treatment, difference of two groups of children in an asthma attack stageand remission stage before and after treatment were evaluated, evaluation contentsinclude wheezing, frequency, clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes of lungfunction, eosinophil counts, and compared the effect of two groups.Results: Results the statistical analysis showed:(1) the number of times,breathing in the clinical syndromes of the treatment group and the control group withintegral called before treatment significantly decreased lung function improvedsignificantly.(2) the treatment group attack cure rate96.97%, effective rate ofremission treatment is93.75%; the control group attack cure rate is93.94%,effective rate of remission treatment is83.33%. Two groups of ictal statisticallyinsignificant (P>0.05), clinical remission were significantly different (P<0.05).(3)the treatment group after treatment in asthma remission degree and frequency,frequency of respiratory infection, cough, phlegm, chest epigastric fullness, loose stool, tongue and pulse, clinical symptom scores, pulmonary function, eosinophilcount and so on, is superior to the western medicine group (P <0.05). During thestudy period, two groups were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: On the basis of TCM quality by applying the theory of phlegmdampness prescription treatment of phlegm dampness effect in children with asthma.In asthma can significantly control the clinical symptoms and signs of pulmonarypatients, remission can reduce the number of asthma attacks, attack frequency ofrespiratory infection, cough, symptoms and improve patients of phlegm dampnessconstitution.
