The Research Of Ru Jifang And Liuwei Dihuang Decoction In Treatment Of Menopausal Syndromes And Breast Cancer

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of Ru Jifang and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on Menopausal Syndromes of Breast Cancer.Method:64hormone receptor positive breast cancer and menopausal syndrome patients were divided into two groups randomly,32cases accepted herbs and Endocrine therapy,32cases received Endocrine therapy only. After three months, follow-up and observe the changes of patients after study.Results:After treatment, the experimental group’s response rate was87.5%, and the control was18.75%. Therapeutic effect between the two groups were different, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01), especially fatigue、 sexual apathy、depressed mood、insomnia、hectic fever and sweating (P<0.05). The aspect of improving the quality of life, health status、emotional status、functional status of patients were improved significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The hormone content didn’t show meaningful statistically difference (P>0.05). During the treatment, no adverse reactions occurring。Conclusion:TCM herbs Ru Jifang and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction can significantly improve menopausal syndromes of hormone receptor positive breast cancer, and also can improve their quality of life.
