Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Phlegm And Blood Type Of Uteirne Fibroids Clyster Of Oral Medicine

Objective: Explore oral medicine joint enema phlegm and blood stasis type ofuterine fibroids efficacy and mechanism. Methods:60cases of phlegm and blood stasiswith uterine fibroids were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of30cases, oral blood stasis disease with Chinese medicine enema,30cases of the control group,taking Guizhi Fuling capsule.Were observed before and after treatment of patients withsymptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine in order to improve or alleviate thesituation, the size of the uterine fibroids viriation and women’s hormone levels, andimmunological index of blood rheology in change. Result: Oral Chinese medicine withtraditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type ofuterine fibroids total efficiency was60.00%, the control group, the total efficiency of26.67%, two groups of patients after treatment, the total efficiency and invalid rate isP<0.05, with significant difference, illustrate the efficiency of the treatment group wassuperior to the control group. After treatment, tumor volume was reduced, but nosignificant statistical difference(P>0.05), explain the treatment group could inhibit thegrowth of uterine leiomyoma; treatment of TCM symptom group, the total efficiency of83.33%, and control group in the total efficiency was40.00%, there was significantdifference between two groups of patients after total efficiency compared with the invalidrate; on the improvement of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatmentgroup, lumbago, backache or body fat were significantly better than the control group,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05); the indexes of blood rheology of two groups of patients after the treatment improved significantly increased; NK cells inperipheral blood of patients with active treatment group, there were significant differencescompared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: With Chinese medicine oralmedicine enema can obviously improve the patients clinical symptoms of traditionalChinese medicine, can effectively suppress the growth of myoma, and have a slight shrinkthe uterine fibroids, improve some indexes, improve microcirculation, regulate the body’simmune function, enhance immunity, regulate the body’s hormone levels, and non-toxic,side effects.
