Clinical Curative Effect Analysis On Traditional Clear Arthroscopic Knee Osteoarthritis Surgical And Clear Arthroscopic Knee Osteoarthritis Surgical Combined With Denervation

Aims: To objectively eveluate the clinical outcomes of Traditional clear arthroscopicknee osteoarthritis surgical and Clear arthroscopic knee osteoarthritis surgicalcombined with denervation through prospective and comparative study of the60casesof patients（60knee）with knee osteoarthritis. To provide a more appropriate treatmentwhich can improve clinical efficacy on knee osteoarthritis.Methods: From August2012to April2013,according to the case inclusion andexclusion criteria,60cases of patients （60knee）with knee osteoarthritis treated byTraditional clear arthroscopic knee osteoarthritis surgical or Clear arthroscopic kneeosteoarthritis surgical combined with denervation were selected.All the cases werecollected from The second hospital of dalian medical university Hospital. There were26cases of male(43%),34cases of female (57%), and60knees were followed up by1year and the rate of follow-up is100%. The range of patients’age is from35to65yearsold, and the average age is53years old.60cases of patients（60knee）with kneeosteoarthritis were evenly divided into two groups,a experimental group(Traditionalclear arthroscopic knee osteoarthritis surgical) and a control group(Clear arthroscopicknee osteoarthritis surgical combined with denervation),in accordance with the different treatments.30cases(30knee) were in the experimental group,30cases(30knee) were inthe control group.Two groups all with intraoperative articular cavity injection ofsodium hyaluronate and triamcinolone acetonide.After operation,articular cavityinjection of sodium hyaluronate, for4weeks(1times per week). The follow-upcontent includes VAS score and Lysholm score.The data of the eveluation wereanalyzed by SPSSl3.0software.Results: After surgery, the wounds of30patients wereⅠlevel healing without anycomplications. The Lysholm score of the experimental group before the treatment were51.33±13.62compared with83.63±3.61after3months’treatment，88.87±4.29after6months’treatment and87.1±3.56after1year’treatment.The Lysholm score ofthe control group before the treatment were52.43±12.84compared with85.36±3.11after3months’treatment，83.4±4.28after6months’treatment and78.37±11.2after1year’treatment. The VAS score of the experimental group before the treatmentwere6.73±0.98compared with1.73±0.78after3months’treatment，1.53±0.63after6months’treatment and2.10+0.71after1year’treatment.The VAS score of thecontrol group before the treatment were6.57±1.17compared with2.80±0.81after3months’treatment，2.67±0.81after6months’treatment and4.13+0.94after1year’treatment. The good rate of after the experimental group and the control groupwere86.7%，63%after1year’treatment，P＜0.05.Conclusions: Traditional clear arthroscopic knee osteoarthritis surgical has certaincurative effectand，But Clear arthroscopic knee osteoarthritis surgical combined withdenervation had more advantage on Efficacy and consolidate curative effect andsignificantly improve good rate, are relatively safe, We believe that this method worthpromoting.
