Objective:Compare the clinical features of BOT and the early EOC risk factors, differential exists between the two improve the diagnostic rate before operation.Method:Collected the medial records of BOT and I stage EOC during the periodfrom January2008to December2012in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliatedto Dalian Medical University. Of which, patients with BOT90cases; I stage EOCpatients72cases. Analysis of the two groups of patients in general, clinicalmanifestation, auxiliary examination, histopathologic, operation and postoperative.Result:The average age of BOT group and EOC group were (41.10±10.11)and(53.61±7.25) years old, P=0.002, there was significant difference; in non menopausepatients, with an average age of two group was (38.16±7.56) and (45.67±4.61) yearsold, P=0.001, there was significant difference. The proportion of postmenopausalpatients between the two groups was statistically significant; but in postmenopausalpatients, there’s no statistically significant difference in two groups. Tumor familyhistory accounted for1.11%,8.33%,P=0.025between the two groups, there wassignificant difference, but there was no significant difference between the coexistingwith endometriosis, pelvic effusion tumor location and situation. The average value ofthe solid part of tumor size in the two group were (29±14.80) mm vs.(47.20±33.56)mm, P=0.017, there was significant difference, but there was no significant difference inthe tumor size, solid proportion, RI value.Between the two groups, when CEA increased, the average value were respectively52.40ng/ml and7.73ng/ml,P<0.001,there was significant difference. The value of CA125and CEA between the two groups, and CA125in the two groups under elevatedvalues were not statistically different. There was statistically significant (P<0.001) between the two groups in thepostoperative pathological distribution types. Conclusion:By retrospective study, comparative analysis of clinical features ofBOT with stage I EOC, in this research, compared with the early EOC, ovarian tumorpatients in age, menopausal status, family history of cancer, ultrasonography and solidpart of tumor size, tumor markers increased and pathological types are different.
