Observation On The Incidence Of Postoperative Emergencies Of IRoot SP In One-visit Root Canal Therapy

Objective: To compare the incidence of emergency symptoms and short-term effectwith iRoot SP (iRoot root canal sealing paste) and Cortisomol in one-visit root canaltherapy，supply a experimental basis for the iRoot SP used in clinical practice．Methods: All40cases of43living marrow and dead marrow permanent teeth whichneed to root canal treatment，patients aged18to82years, mean age52.8years old.Male23cases, female17cases,13cases of anterior teeth, premolars12cases,18casesof molars,according to medical sequence into dual number randomly divided into2groups of every20cases．After local anesthesia，opening the chamber，using#10or#15K file to explore and the establish the root canal channel smooth root canal，forming astraight line path. Once again probe the root canal to deternfine the workinglength．using#20and#25K file to form the root canal until the working length. UsingEDTA with file SX open root canal crown1／3. Using file S1to prepare the1／3ofcrown direction of the root canal, file S2to prepare the1／3of the middle of the rootcanal，file F1to prepare the1／3of apical direction of the root canal，In this process,when we change the file, we use3％hydrogen peroxide and3％sodium hypochloritealternately to rinse the root canal. After root canal preparation, washing and sucking,Group A using iRoot SP and Gutta percha in one-visit root canal therapy, Group B usingCortisomol. Conventional filling cavities,after the shooting postoperative X-ray film，root canal just charge.1~7d after treatment into observation period.Results:(1) The experiments were no lost cases.(2) There was no significant differencein the two groups were statistically analyzed by age, sex, teeth and other differentconditions.(3)24~48h after the operation, the incidence of emergency symptoms of Group A was5％，Group B was5％,the effect of Group A and Group B were similar,and the difference had no statistical significance among two groups(P=1>0．05).(4)Oneweek after the operation,the incidence of emergency symptoms of both group was0,and the difference had no statistical significance among two groups(P=1>0．05).Conclusions: The treatment with iRoot SP in root canal filling and with Cortisomolboth have low incidence of emergency symptoms. iRoot SP’S Short-term effect isreliable, it’s worth the widespread in clinical application．...
