Observation On The Short-term Effects Of3Kinds Of Root Canal Sealers In One-visit Root Canal Therapy

Objective:To compare the the incidence of emergency symptoms and short-term effect with apexit plus and endomethasone and zinc oxide iodoform paste in one-visit root canal therapy, Supply a experimental basis for the apexit plus used in clinical practice.Methods:All60cases of66living marrow permanent teeth which need to root canal treatment,according to medical sequence into dual number randomly divided into3groups of every20cases. After local anesthesia, opening the chamber, using#10or#15K file to explore and the establish the root canal channel, forming a straight line path.Using G Drill spacious open root canal crown1/3, smooth root canal, once again probe the root canal to determine the working length. Using file S1to prepara the1/3of crown direction of the root canal, file S2to prepara the1/3of the middle of the root canal, file F1to prepara the1/3of apical direction of the root canal, In this process, when we change the file,we use3%hydrogen peroxide and3%sodium hypochlorite alternately to rinse the root canal.After root canal preparation, washing and sucking.Group A using apexit plus and Gutta percha in one-visit root canal therapy, Group B using endomethasone, Group C using zinc Oxide iodoform paste. Conventional filling cavities after the shooting postoperative X-ray film, root canal just charge.1-7d after treatment into observation period, and the follow-up lasted6months.Results:One week after the operation, the incidence of emergency symptoms of Group A was10%, Group B was5%, Group C was40%.the effect of Group A and Group B were better than Group C, and the difierenee also had statistical significance among three groups(P<0.05). Six months after the operation, the success rate of Group A and Group B was higher than Group C, but the difference had no statistical significance among three groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The treatment with apexit plus in root canal filling and with endomethasone can significantly reduce the postoperative pain and better than zinc Oxide iodoform paste. Apexit Plus and Endomethasone’s Short-term effect are reliable.Both are worth the widespread in clinical application.
