The Study On The Correlation Between Serum Levels Of PTX3and Preeclampsia And Renal Injury

【Objective】To investigate the relationship between serum PTX3with preeclampsia,as well as the relationship between serum PTX3and preeclampsia associated renal injury.【Methods】There were75patients with preeclampsia who delivered in the maternityward of the First Affiliated Hospital of SooChow University from September2013andFebruary2014,which included25patients with mild preeclampsia and25patients withsever preeclampsia,and25cases who were healthy over the same period as a control group.Measuring the serum concentrations of soluble PTX3of each group by enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent assay. At the same time, detecting various clinical indicators of threegroups.【Results】⑴The mean levels of PTX3in patients of control group, MPE groupand SPE group were (4.51±1.45)ng/ml、(7.75±1.41)ng/ml、(9.81±2.47)ng/ml. Fromthese data, we could see the levels of PTX3in preeclampsia groups were higher than thatin control group (P<0.05), and which in SPE group was significantly higher than that incontrol group (P<0.01), as well as which in SPE group was higher than MPE group(P<0.05),between groups were statistically significant difference (P﹤0.05).⑵The serumlevels of PTX3were obviously positively correlated with the levels of MAP, NE,24-hoururinary protein, UA and Cr, BUN in three groups of patients(0＜r＜1, P＜0.05). The serumlevels of hsCRP were obviously positively correlated with the levels of MAP, NE (0＜r＜1,P＜0.05), but had no significantly correlation with24-hour urinary protein, UA, Cr, BUNin three groups of patients (P＞0.05). Both had no significantly correlation with gestationalages and BMI (P＞0.05).(3) Typing the testing results in the ROC curve analsy, we couldsee the area of PTX3under the ROC curve was0.905, which of hsCRP was0.812. Socompared with hsCRP, PTX3had a better vaule on diagnosing preeclampsia.【Conclusion】 PTX3not only plays an important role in the occurrence of preeclampsia,but also associates with the severity of this disease. So it not only can be considered as a detection indicator for evaluating the progression of preeclampsia, but also can beconsidered as a detection indicator for evaluating the renal function, compared with hsCRP,PTX3has a better vaule on diagnosing preeclampsia.
