Objective: Acute myocardial infarction is a huge threat to human health. Due tounhealthy lifestyles and increasing survival pressure, resulting in high rate of acutemyocardial infarction, and the trend is younger, So how to prevent acute myocardialinfarction is important. In this experiment, through the collection of relevantbiochemical index of clinical detection, we studied the joint detection of NT-ProBNPand GDF-15is beneficial to the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction or not. Methods: We choosed38cases of acute myocardial infarction in the AffiliatedHospital of Qinghai University for treatment of patients from2012March-2013yearin November. According to LVEF, the patients were divided into normal heartfunction group13cases (LVEF≄0.50) and heart failure in25cases (groupLVEF<0.50). And42healthy subjects are selected as normal control group. All of thepatients and healthy subjects are measured in the fasting blood NT-ProBNP andGDF-15. After the completion of all these, We used the SPSS17software forstatistical analysis, Measurement data were expressed by X+s, It matters whenp<0.05.Results: In the acute myocardial infarction disease group, the plasma NT-ProBNPand GDF-15levels were significantly higher than those in the control group, therewas significant difference between two groups (p<0.05); cardiac insufficiency ofplasma NT-ProBNP and GDF-15levels in patients with acute myocardial infarctionwas significantly higher than that in normal group, there was significant differencebetween two groups (p<0.05).Conclusion: The combined detection of NT-proBNP and GDF-15is of significancefor the patients with acute myocardial infarction, can be used as ideal evaluation ofdisease of acute myocardial infarction.
