In recent years, grass-root general practitioners (short for GP in the follow-up)for job-transfer training has gradually stressed on the medical humanities qualityeducation. It requires us to study the status of grass-root GP for job-transfer trainingintegrates with medical humanities quality and giving some advice as for problemscoexist with good results. This paper surveys the status of Jiangxi grass-root generalpractitioners for job-transfer training integrate with medical humanities quality andanalyzing the existing problems. Results not only have reference value to theimprovement of level of primary health care services in Jiangxi, but also for China’svast central and western regions.This paper consists of six parts. The first part is introduction,which introducesthe background, purpose, significance and research design. The second part isrelative concepts and theories which introduce the connotation and definition ofquality, humanistic quality medical humanistic quality, GP, and GP at grassroots,explains the status of GP and GP at grassroots in China, describes new concept ofChina’s policy and the international medical education. The third part is the statusand analysis of Jiangxi medical humanities quality education integrates with GPtransfer-training at the grassroots. Analyze the acknowledgement of trainee’sunderstanding of modern GP medical humanities quality and some other prospects.Give some advices on the basis of it. The fourth part analyze the main factorinfluence grass-root GP for job-transfer training integrates with medical humanitiesquality. The fifth part is the countermeasure of grass-root GP for job-transfer trainingintegrates with medical humanities quality. It demands every department to make abetter top-design on medical humanities quality of grass-root GP. It is need tostrengthen the related work, such as “Raise awareness, completes the top design ofgrass-root GP humanities quality education”,“Find the weak link, and strengthenfocus training of grass-root GP’s medical humanities quality education” and “GreatAttention should be paid to the construction of teaching material and completetraining curriculum system”. The last part is about conclusion and vista. The main conclusions of this study are: the current medical humanities qualityeducation integrates with GP transfer-training at the grassroots made a good trainingeffect, mainly in the following aspects:1. trainees have basic understanding ofmedical humanities quality education through a more systematic and scientifictraining, quality education through the study of medical humanities.2. After training,the trainee bring medical humanities quality education knowledge and skills to hisown work unit with a certain extent, where the work is more or less impact on theway that primary health services made and enable more the masses have chanceaccess to general health care.3. Although the medical humanities quality educationintegrates with GP transfer-training at the grassroots only has a short period, it hasconducted medical humanities quality education to a significant number of primarycare health services of general medical personnel, which plays a positive role forease the shortage of GP talent with medical humanities quality.
