Objective: The first aim of this study is to describe the status quo of medical humanities quality education of medical college in Xinjiang district,analyzing the existing problems and comparing to the difference between the situation of senior and junior grade partly. The second aim of this study is to explore the construction and to put forward the related proposal of medical humanities quality education in Xinjiang district.Methods: In order to get to know the present state of the medical humanities quality, the research takes the students at a certain medical college in Xinjiang as object, investigates their manner and knowledge of humanistic quality, the humanistic condition of their out-of-class, their manner about humanistic quality course, as well as their value orientation and morals view. Beside, the research takes teachers at medical colleges as assistant object. From comparing to the difference between the situation of senior and junior grade partly,it makes the effection of medical humanities quality education clearly.To perfect medical humanities quality education of medical college in Xinjiang district further, the research explores some possible suggestion and measure accordingly from them.Results: After the surveies, the situation of medical humanities quality education in Xinjiang district is that medical students hope forcefully to improve their humanities quality ,but their expectation is not equal to present situation of humanities quality education . On the same time, medical students pay more attention to medical ethics education,tending to judje the value of practical, utilitarian.Senior students lay more stress on medical knowledge than junior students ,seizing the realistic problem from different aspect.Most of teachers may realize the importance to the medical humanities education, but they should pay more attentoin to permeate humanistic spirit into medical specialty education.Conelusion:During the research on the current situation of the students'humanitics quality education of medical education in Xinjiang district.,the author finds that although the whole levels of the students'humanities quality education is coming effect, the present state of the students'humanities quality education of medical education is far from satisfying.Right now,we have to face up to the problems like less importance was attached to humanities quality education and more importance was attached to moral education, weak teaching staff, less importance was attached to humanitics quality education in teaching, sole teaching method. Beside, form subjective aspect,medical students pay less importantce to humanities quality education and form objective aspect,they raise a little in humanitics quality accordingly. We should make our own humanisties quality education policy and measure furthermore.First,make up the idea to the mergenee of medicine and humanity and carry forward humanistic spirit of tranditional culture of China and Xinjiang district.Second,recognize the functoin correctly and undestand the objective of medical humanities quality education.Third,perfert the construction of manifest currinulum and lay emphasis on the construction of midden currinulum.Forth,attach importance to the construction of teaching staff and heighten teachers'humanisties equality. Lastly, assessment system of medical humanities quality education must be perfected.
