Objective: To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of Ginkgolide injection in thetreatment of ischemia stroke during the convalescence..Methods:56cases with ischemic stroke during convalescence were divided into twogroups.25cases were treated with Ginkgolide injection50mg+0.9%NS250mlintravenously guttae in the treatment group.31cases were treated with Yinxingdamoinjection50mg+0.9%NS250ml intravenously guttae in the control group. Finally, becauseof the case off,54patients were followed up,they were24cases in the treatment group,30cases in the control group. After two weeks, we observed the changes in neurologicaldeficits, activities of daily living scale, comprehensive clinical efficacy, blood indexes andadverse drug reactions of patients. Results: In the treatment group, the scores of clinical neurological deficits, after treatmentwith Ginkgolide injection (2.5±2.782) were less than before treatment (3.1±2.953)significantly(P<0.05). In the treatment group, scores of activities of daily life, aftertreatment with Ginkgolide injection (1.3±0.963) were less than before treatment(1.8±1.203)(P<0.05). On the aspect of the comprehensive clinical efficacy, the effect oftreatment in the treatment group was better than the control group with Yinxingdamo, suchas in the treatment group, there were1case fully recovered,4cases significantlyprogressed,9cases progressed,17cases not changed, the total efficiency was29.0%, inthe control group, there were3cases fully recovered,5cases significantly progressed,2cases progressed,20cases not changed, the total efficiency was34.0%. The results hadstatistically significant difference (P<0.05). The treatment group with Ginkgolide injectionwas appeared two adverse drug reactions. The results were analyzed after comparing thedifferences of indexes as ital signs, blood, turine, feces and occult blood test, creatinekinase and electrocardiogram before and after treatment. The results did not havestatistically significant difference (P>0.05). But the results of the total bilirubin and ureanitrogen, after treatment with Ginkgolide injection(11.2±3.733)(4.6±1.257)were less than before treatment (13.4±5.670)(4.6±1.257).The results had statistically significantdifference (P<0.05).Conclusion: Ginkgolide injection in the treatment of ischemia stroke during convalescenceis effective, not only can promote the recovery of clinical neurological deficits andimprove the ability of daily life, but also improve the function of liver and kidney. Itssafety will be proved by expanding the samples.
