Purpose:Through the comparative study of clinical effect of Jianpi Kaiqiao and aspirin in t he treatment of stroke recovery,prescription,therapeutic effect of Jianpi KaiqiaoFang,verify the correctness of "Jianpi Kaiqiao phlegm dampnessconstitution stroke recover y period".Aspirin and comparison of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of phlegm dampness stroke recovery "advantage,then observe and evaluate the effective ness of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on body model of diagnosis and trea tment,provide feasible prevention scheme of traditional Chinese medicine for the reh abilitation of patients with stroke recovery and relapse prevention,so as to further gui de the clinical prevention and treatment.To improve the patient's quality of life.To pr omote the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide referenc e for the development and research of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Refer to the relevant literature and data,select Taian NO.1 Hospital from May 2013 to December 2015,within the nerve,two cases of Neurology collaboration to provi de cases and in accordance with the requirements of Chinese medicine intervention tre atment.From the point of view of constitution,the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine constitution was analyzed by using the classification and criteria of TCM co nstitution.146 patients with phlegm dampness constitution were selected,and the patie nts were treated with the traditional Chinese medicine and healthy lifestyle.According to the randomized control principle,the experimental group and the control group we re divided into 73 groups.The control group was treated with routine western medicin e,diet and exercise guidance.The test group on the basis of conventional western med icine treatment,diet,functional exercise guidance for Chinese medicine compound pr eparation Jianpiqushi,Huatan Tongluo intervention treatment.Continuous treatment f or 8 weeks.After the experiment,two groups of patients before and after the treatment were compared before and after treatment quality of life and daily living ability scale score,TCM symptom score,blood lipids,blood rheology and other indicators of the c ontrast.Statistical analysis of the relevant indicators.Through the research to confirm the necessity of TCM Constitution identification intervention.Result:(1)the clinical symptoms of stroke recovery in the two groups were improved to varying degrees,compared with before the test,P<0.05,there was statistical significa nce(2)compared with the control group,the clinical symptoms and score of the expe rimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),there is statistica 1 significance.(3)after the treatment in the two groups after eighth weeks in the follow-up,the c linical effect of trial group was better than the control group(P<0.01,there is signific ant difference).Two groups of patients after treatment of TCM syndrome score than b efore,there is no significant difference in short-term efficacy,long-term efficacy,the e xperimental group was better than the control group.Conclusion:(1)stroke is a common and frequently occurring disease,which seriously affects t he quality of life of patients.This topic from the "stroke" etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,syndrome differentiation of phlegm dampness constitut ion of patients with stroke recovery period for clinical research.Spleen resuscitation c an effectively alleviate the "stroke" patients with "phlegm syndrome" in the treatment of stroke clinical symptoms,reflects the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of dis eases and a unique long-term advantage,it is worthy of clinical application.
