Objective1、The detection of K-ras, mdm2in colorectal cancer and normal tissues expressionand clinical significance.2、The detection of K-ras, mdm2abnormal expression provides a theoretical basis forindividualized treatment.MethodsImmunohistochemical techniques to detect42cases of colorectal adenocarcinomacancer and adjacent normal tissue (distance mass≧5cm) of K-ras and mdm2expression levels and differential expression of combined clinical and pathologicaldata to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the two.ResultsColorectal cancer in67percent of the K-ras positive expression rate paracancerousnormal tissues, the positive expression rate of33%, there is a significant difference (P<0.05). Mdm2positive expression rate was66%in colorectal cancer adjacent normaltissues, the positive expression rate of14%, there is a significant difference (P <0.05).K-ras and mdm2expression of colorectal cancer is not related to the patient’s gender, age, tumor size and location.K-ras and mdm2expression in colorectal cancerandcolorectal is closely related to degree of differentiation, pathological stage, the degreeof lymph node metastasis.ConclusionHigh expression rate of the K-ras gene and the mdm2gene in colorectal cancer,Boththe expression is closely related to the degree of invasion, metastasis and prognosisin colorectal cancer. The joint determination of the two can be used as an effective method for the diagnosis of colorectal cancer and determine the prognosis ofcolorectal cancer.
