【Objective】 We analysed4789cases of pregnant metaphase womem prenatal screening situation in Datian Xian,which offer a propposal that can improve the quality of Prenatal screening in Grassroots medical institutions.【Methods】The serum biochemical indicators in alph fetal protein (AFP),free-β-HCG uE3of4652singleton pregnancies who are in mid gestation (15-206weeks) were tested. To analyse the risk of birth defects, some factors that may affect the detection results, such as age, weight and gestational age, were also analysed with Lifecycle3.1prenatal screening software.In addition,137singleton pregnancies who are in mid gestation (18-236weeks) were tested by amniotic fluid cells chromosome diagnosis.And then analyse the birth defect, combining with the systemic examine of colour doppler ultrasound.【Resluts】(1)Serological high-risk detection rate: Of4789cases,4652cases of pregnant women were screened,195cases were detected high risk in the middle stage serological screening, the total incidence of high-risk is4.19%.Among them,181cases of high risk are21-three body syndrome(DS), DS high-risk incidence is3.89%.18-three body syndrome wasn’t found. in the test.There are14cases NTD high-risk, NTD positive rate is0.30%.(2) Through colour Doppler ultrasound screening,56cases are found different degree deformity and stillbirth.15cases come from high risk pregnant women,41cases rise from low risk pregnant women.(3)Amniotic fluid cells chromosome diagnosis:181cases were found DS high risk in the middle stage serological screening. Among them,141cases took amniocentesis for amniotic fluid cells chromosome inspection in prenatal diagnosis center of San Ming first hospital and2cases of Down’s syndrome fetus were confirmed (chromosome karyotype47, XN,+21). The rest of them were found abnormal chromosome karyotype. 【Conclusions】In conjunction with the grass-roots hospitals and prenatal diagnosis center, the combined screening of serological detections and Colour Doppler ultrasound examine in middle pregnancy could decrease the birth rate of birth defect neonates.
