| Objective:To explore the clinical value of enhanced MSCT scanning ofpreoperative gastric carcinoma in the TNM staging, resectability and the judgmentof feasible operation mode, Provide a basis for formulate reasonable treatmentbefore operation.Methods: Retrospective analysis clinical data of60cases of our hospital from2012June to2013June in Department of general surgery,which underwentpathological and endoscopic examination confirmed the diagnosis of gastric cancerpatients. Among35male patients,25female patients, aged36-66years old, average56.1years old. Preoperative through enhanced MSCT scan on gastric cancer TNMstaging and the results were compared with pathological, and to analyze the effect ofMSCT on tumor resectability and the judgment of feasible operation mode.Results:60cases of patients with MSCT staging of gastric cancer: the accuracyrate of Tl-T4b were72.7%(8/11),66.7%(12/18),63.6%(7/11),77.8%(7/9),81.8%(9/11) accuracy of total stage T was71.7%(43/60). The accuracy of N0-N3b for aperiod of70.0%(7/10),61.5%(8/13),61.5%(8/13),64.3%((9/14),71.4%(5/7), Nstaging accuracy of64.9%(37/57). The accuracy of M0-M1were96.1%(49/51)66.7%(6/9), total M staging accuracy was91.7%(55/60). The accurate rate of95%CT assessment of tumor resectability before surgery (57/60), preoperative CToperation can be performed to determine the accurate rate was86.7%(52/60).Conclusion: Enhanced MSCT scanning in the preoperative TNM staging ofgastric cancer with high degree of accuracy, provide reliable basis for the operationresection, and provides the reliable basis for the patients with gastric cancer beforeoperation mode of choice, can provide the reference for the choice of personalizedtreatment strategy of gastric cancer... |
