Objective:Explore the use of MSCT (multi-slice spiral CT) retrospective on preoperative staging of gastric cancer patients, and with the7th edition of the AJCC staging system under pathological findings, evaluation and analysis of its accuracy and clinical value, and thus for the clinical development of treatment and prognosis analysis provide new ideas. Methods:General Surgery, in April2011April2013underwent pathology and endoscopy diagnosed60patients with gastric cancer of in the our Hospital. Male patients35cases,25cases of female patients, aged39-69years, mean51.3years. Within the week before surgery, the patients underwent16-slice spiral enhanced CT to exclude cases by screening standards, in line with the conditions of the cases before the scan10-20minutes intramuscular654-220mg Express Service warm water600-800ml. Lesion based on clinical data related to pastoral scan, rich experience2senior physicians in a blinded analysis, the use of multi-dimensional reconstruction (multiple-planerestruction,MPR), CT virtual gastroscopy (CT virtual gastrocopy CTVG) the observed tumor infiltration, erosion of relations with the surrounding blood vessels, organs, lymph node metastases situation. Preoperative16-slice spiral CT staging results and postoperative endoscopy, pathology results for comparison, data collection, and statistical data using the SPSS17.0statistical software. Conclusion:The use of gastric7th edition (2010) AJCC staging criteria for enhanced MSCT three preoperative CT scan imaging staging were compared with postoperative pathologic stage, can be better performed preoperative TNM staging of gastric cancer, a more rational clinical treatment plan to provide a reliable image information.①T staging of the overall accuracy was70%(T1, T4a, T4b staging of highest accuracy, T2and T3staging installment of instability), can be better used in clinical preoperative staging of gastric cancer;②N staging of the total accuracy is58.3%(N0, N4staging of accuracy than N1, N2staging high, N1N2staging period of lower accuracy), accuracy is poor, but compared to other major clinical examination is one of the options;③M staging of the total accuracy is96.7%(M0to M1staging period of high accuracy), can be well used in clinical preoperative staging of gastric cancer.
