The Associated Detection Of HE4，HP And CA125in The Clinical Value Of Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

Objective: To investigate the expression of human epididymis secretory protein4(HE4),CA125and haptoglobin(Hp),and explore the clinic diagnostic value which were combinedin patients with epithelial malignant tumor of ovary.Method:The levels of HE4and HP were measured by enzyme—linked immunosorbentassay(ELISA)and CA125by automatic chemiluminescence analysis system the serumspecimens of37cases in malignant ovarian epithelial tumor group,37cases in benignovarian diseases and30women in healthy women group.It was that the AUC reflected theaccuracy of test by making receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve,compared thesingle detect to the associated detect in diagnostic value of ovarian carcinoma.Results:1.In group of normal control and benign ovarian tumor，the1evels of HE4，HPand CA125didn’t show statistical difference(P≥0.05)．However，in ovarian cancergroup they were significantly higher than the other two groups(P≤0.001).2.the1evels of HE4，HP and CA125in early ovarian carcinoma were lower thanadvanced ovarian carcinoma,and with rising the stage of ovarian cancer, increased levels oftumor markers.3.According to the ROC curve,the critical values of HE4,HP, CA125wererespectively73.12pmol/L,82.59ug/ml,39.13U/mL.4.When compared with those in benign ovarian tumor group,CA125, HE4, HP,HE4+CA125, HP+CA125, HE4+HP,HE4+HP+CA125for diagnostic index, at95%CI area under the ROC curve (AUC) were0.932,0.962,0.875,0.972,0.944,0.962，0.972.Joint detection is relatively higher than single at diagnostic performance;it is thesame that both HE4and CA125jointed detection and HE4, HP, CA125combineddetection diagnosis efficiency.Conclusion: The associated detection of HE4, HP and CA125can be limited at the clinical value ofovarian epithelial carcinoma.
