Application Of HE4 Combined With CA125 In The Diagnosis Of Epithelial Ovarian Tumor

Objective:To study the expression of HE4 and CA125,which are marker of epithelial ovarian cancer,and to investigate its clinical application and diagnostic value.Method:A retrospective analysis was performed during the period of 2015.01-2018.01 in the Department of Medical Affairs of Jijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College.127 patients with ovarian epithelial tumors were diagnosed according to the gold standard for pathological diagnosis after hospitalization.Among them,45 were malignant tumors and 38 were borderline tumors.The tumor group was 44 cases.Another 30 normal ovarian tissues were used as controls(control group).The peripheral venous blood of the elbow was uniformly taken and the HE4 value of the ovarian tumor marker was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method.The CA125 value of the tumor marker was measured by a fully automatic chemiluminescence analysis system.Statistical analysis was performed on the data of each group to judge the benign and malignant tumors.And comparing the serum HE4 test,serum CA125 test and the combined detection efficiency of both,has an important clinical value in improving the diagnostic rate of ovarian epithelial tumors and reducing the mortality of patients.Result:1.Serum HE4,CA125 and the combination of both,malignant tumor group and ovarian benign tumor group,borderline tumor group were statistically significant(p <0.05).Comparing serum HE4,CA125 and the combination of the two for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer,in a single test,the specificity of HE4 was as high as 0.910,the CA125 was 0.906,the sensitivity was 0.914,0.823;In the combined detection,the sensitivity of HE4+CA125 was The specificity was 0.945 with a specificity of 0.879.The positive predictive value of HE4 was higher than that of CA125 and the combined detection.The negative predictive value of combined detection was higher than that of HE4 and CA125.The AUC of CA125,HE4 and HE4+CA125 in EOC group was0.905,0.854,0.989 at 95% CI,respectively.Conclusion:1.The sensitivity and negative predictive value of 1HE4 combined with CA125 were higher than the accuracy of single detection.2.HE4 combined with CA125 can be used as a reliable screening method for epithelial ovarian tumors,and has important clinical application value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian epithelial tumors.
