Clinical Diagnostic Value Of Cys C Combined With CRP And CA125 In Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

Objective: The clinical manifestations of ovarian cancer are often atypical,and the clinical markers used for diagnosis are lacking in sensitivity.They are often found to be advanced,so combining three or more indicators to improve their early diagnosis,clinical treatment and prolonging the survival of patients has important value.This article aims to investigate the clinical diagnostic value of preoperative cystatin C(Cystatin C,Cys C)combined with C reactive protein(CRP)and CA125(Cancer antigen 125,CA125)in epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods: The clinical data of patients diagnosed with epithelial ovarian cancer and benign ovarian lesions in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were collected and retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into 134 benign disease groups and132 ovarian malignant tumor groups.For example,the control group consisted of 100 women who had undergone health checkups during the same period.The levels of Cys C,CRP,and CA125 in the three groups were compared,and the clinical diagnostic value of the three indicators in ovarian cancer was calculated.Results: The levels of Cys C,CRP and CA125 in the ovarian malignant tumor group were significantly higher than those in the benign disease group and the control group(P <0.05).At the same time,the levels of Cys C,CRP and CA125 in serum were significantly increased in advanced ovarian cancer.That is,the late stage(stage Ⅲ / Ⅳ)level was significantly higher than the early stage(stage Ⅰ / Ⅱ)(P <0.05).In the malignant tumor group,Area under the curve of Cys C,CRP,CA125,and the three combined detections were 0.854,0.852,0.917,and 0.954,respectively.The sensitivity of the combined detection of Cys C + CRP + CA125 was 89.39%,which was significantly higher than the detection alone.The specificity was 92.54%,which was not significantly lower than the single test.The cut-off values of Cys C,CRP,and CA125 in the diagnosis of epithelial ovaries were 1.105 mg / L,13.35 mg / L,and 80.8U / ml.Conclusion: Serum Cys C,CRP and CA125 were significantly increased in Epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC)patients,which had a good discrimination effect on benign and malignant ovarian transplantation,and significantly increased in advanced ovarian cancer,which may indicate poor prognosis of patients.Preoperative Cys C and CRP may be used as simple biomarkers.Applying Cys C in combination with CRP and CA125 in the early diagnosis of EOC is a powerful way to provide some reference for further research on EOC treatment and prognosis.
