Differential Treatment With Herbal Medicines Accompanied By The Spirit Tablets To Gastroesphogeal Reflex Disease Resulted By Stagnant Heat In The Liver And Stomatch

Gastroesphogeal reflex disease （GERD）as digestive system diseases is common andfrequently-occurring. Recent domestic and foreign medical research found a commonphenomenon that GERD patients showed nocturnal heartburn, acid regurgitation andaccompanied by sleep disturbance.Medical workers are paying more and more attention toit. But they have not reached consensus about its cause of formation and unified, accepteddiagnostic criterion.Objective: Prescribing Shu Qing He Wei Tang and spirit tablets comprehensively toGERD patients typed stagnant heat in the liver and stomatch accompanied by sleepdisturbance, to find the curative effect of4weeks later and further exploration in effectiveclinical curative methods of GERD.Methods:60qualified cases were selected and divided into Chinese medicine andProprietary Chinese medicines treatment group (A group), combined traditional Chineseand Western medicine treatment group (group B) and control group (Group C) oftraditional Chinese medicine by using a randomized controlled trial method. TraditionalChinese medicine decoction of Shu Qing He Wei Tang and spirit tablets, and decoction oftraditional Chinese medicine combined with famotidine oral respectively for4weeks.Comparing each the changes of RDQ symptom scores and PSQI total score before andafter to assess the curative effect of GERD.Results: the3groups of GERD patients typed stagnant heat in the liver and stomatchhas definite therapeutic effect. The Chinese medicine treatment group of20cases were:RDQ integral reducted76%-93%,20cases received clinical excellence In the TCM combined famotidine treatment group:RDQ integral reducted61%-86%,17cases receivedclinical excellence,3cases were in clinical effect. Traditional Chinese medicine of20casesin the control group: RDQ integral reducted46%-85%, excellent in3cases, effective in17cases. Compared with each other we can draw that: curative effect of group A is superiorto group C,and is familiar to group B, except some indicators.Conclusion: Patients with GERD accompanied by sleep disturbance, addingappropriate sedative drugs to Traditional Chinese medicine not only relief varioussymptoms of GERD, but also can improve the sleeping quality.
