| Objective:Research the influence of Qing Cuo Tang on sex hormone levels and its clinical effect on the female gastrointestinal dampness and heat acne patients.Methods:Select 60 female gastrointestinal dampness and heat type of acne patients, divide them in to treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases). Treatment group was dosing with Qing Cuo Tang, while the control group was dosing with the Xiao Cuo pills. After 8 weeks we observe the patients of those two groups. To calculate the integration changes of the skin lesions and TCM syndrome in both groups before and after the period. And detect the serum levels of testosterone and estradiol for female patients with acne in treatment group and control group before and after treatment.Results:1.The Acne patients’erythra symptom integration can be improved both in the two groups, and the effect of the treatment group is more evident than the control group(P<0.05);2.The tcm syndrome integration can be improved both in the two groups, and the effect of the treatment group is more evident than the control group(P<0.05); 3.The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group is 93.3 percent, while that of the control group is 53.3 percent. The former shows a significant difference from the later (P<0.01); 4.The serum testosterone level decent evidently in treatment group(P<0.01)before and after being treated; there’s no difference in control group(P>0.05)before and after being treated; 5.After being treated the serum estradiol level had rose (P<0.05) while no difference in control group(P>0.05)before and after being treated.Conclusions:1.On erythra symptom integration and tcm syndrome integration Qing Cuo Tang has the positive effect on female gastronintestinal dampness and heat type of acne and the effect is better than the control group.2.Qing Cuo Tang can improve the serum testosterone and estradiol levels to a relatively balanced states. |
