The Research On Development Of The New Rural Cooperative Medical Care System

With the development of society and economic, the rural consumption level has improved rapidly, but the phenomenon that poverty caused by illness is very normal in rural family. three problems about countryside, agriculture and farmers is the key to solving above phenomenon, especially the social security and the new rural cooperative medical care are very important measures. Aiming at this, the central authorities made a great decision in2002, the decision address that the rural medical service system and the new rural cooperative medical care will be established by2010, the new rural cooperative medical care is a great decision that can solve three problems about countryside, agriculture and famers,which also can improve famers’health, through this decision the society can build up well-off family and so on. At first,this paper summarizes the past research on this topic, then make the academic research, Base on this research, this paper adore questionnaire survey and interview, and test The new rural cooperative medical care of Taicang city. Based on the above analysis, this paper propose some advice as the rules to improve the new rural cooperative medical care.
