Objective Gastric Cancer is a common malignant tumor of one of the first ranks various types of tumor incidence in China. Each year about17million people died of stomach cancer, almost1/4of the close of all cancer deaths, stomach cancer, adenocarcinoma accounted for95%which is the most common gastrointestinal cancer, Cardia cancer occurred in the gastric cardia is cardia adenocarcinoma within the gastroesophageal junction line about2cm range. It is a special type of gastric cancer, is different from the next segment of cardia cancer. But it has its own anatomy histological features and clinical manifestations of gastric cancer with other parts of the different, unique diagnostic and therapeutic methods, and poor treatment. In China, the mortality and morbidity of the gastric cardia cancer in the forefront of various malignancies. Ningxia region of gastric cancer is one of the high incidence areas, the high incidence of gastric cancer in the region in line with the typical genetic susceptibility interact with the environment the incidence pattern. The topics chosen for study of CYP1A1Mspl sites, GSTT1GSTM1, and GSTP1gene, designed to detect the CYP1A1, GSTT1and GSTM1,GSTP1gene polymorphisms and Ningxia Hui cardia cancer susceptibility, the relationship, to understand the Ningxia Hui population in cardia the genetic mechanism to provide some the oretical basis for the realization of the susceptible population of the Ningxia Hui cardia in early prevention, early diagnosis, early treatment is to provide a reference.Method1.Experimental Methods:40cases of Ningxia Medical University Hospital diagnosed as cardia cancer by surgery and pathology Hui people paraffin tissue sections inpatients and80healthy Hui people blood samples of blood donors, resin-based DNA extraction kit extracted DNA, PCR amplification of specific fragments, restriction enzyme digestion, electrophoresis.2. Statistical Methods:1. Application of t test analysis of the case group and control group differences in age, whether the balance. x2test analysis between cases and controls the frequency of genotype, sex, smoking and alcohol consumption is statistically significant and CYP1A1, GSTM1, GSTT1,GSTP1gene polymorphisms and cardia cancer susceptibility and calculate the odds ratio (oddsratio, OR) and95%confidence interval (95%Confideneeinterval,95%CI). Result1.Cardia cancer group and control group for age, sex, smoking, alcohol consumption was no significant difference (P>0.05);2.CYP1A1MSP1locus genotypes of the three genotype TT (P=0.496>0.05), TC (P=0.519>0.05), CC (P=0.083>0.05) in the cardia cancer group and control group, no significant difference in the distribution. But the CC genotype (OR=2.333,95%CI=0.880-6.188)showed higher tendencies;3. GSTT1(-) genotype (P=0.042<0.05,OR=2.242,95%CI=1.021-4.926) that GSTT1deletion in the cardia cancer group and control group were significantly different, With the occurrence of cardia cancer.4. GSTM1(-) genotype (P=0.046<0.05), indicating the lack of GSTM1genotype there were significant differences between cardia cancer and control groups, and the occurrence of cardia cancer.5. There was no significant difference the GSTP1three genotypes in the distribution of cardia cancer and control groups. Ile/Ile genotype (OR=1.476,95%CI=0.655-3.326) showed a higher tendency.6. GSTT1(-) GSTM1(-)(P=0.012<0.05, OR=3.051,95%CI=1.248-7.458) in the distribution of the cardia cancer group and control group differences, the GSTT1and GSTM1genotypes missing and gastric cardiainvolved in the pathogenesis.7. CYP1A1, GSTT1and GSTM1combined genotype T1(-)the M1(-)tc/cc (P=0.030<0.05, OR=3.000,95%CI=1.079-8.341) in the cardia cancer group and control group in the distribution of differences. Description of T1(-) M1(-) en/the cc genotype missing GCA related.8. Joint GSTT1null, GSTM1and GSTP1genotype of T1(-)M1(-)/I (P=0.013<0.05, OR=3.414,95%CI=1.246-9.350) in the cardia cancer group and control group distribution differences. Description T1(-) M1(-) I/I genotype missing GCA. T1(-) M1(-) IV/VV(OR=1.541,95%CI=0.328-7.241) showed a higher tendency.Conclusion1. GSTT1(-), GSTM1(-) gene type is ningxia hui cardia cancer happen risk factors. The occurrence of cardia cancer may and GSTT1GSTM1genotype and the missing.2. CYPIA1, GSTT1and GSTM1joint genotype T1(-) M1(-) tc/cc may and the occurrence of cardia cancer related.3. GSTT1GSTM1, and the gene combination GSTP1T1(-)M1(-) Ile/Ile may and the occurrence of cardia cancer related.
