Objective: The main reason of malignant cancer patients survival rate oftumor recurrence and metastasis. The purpose of this study was to explore theimplantation in Fluorouracil Implants treatment of lung cancer, clinicalsignificance of esophageal cancer and cardia cancer patients, including theimpact on survival, affecting tumor recurrence, metastasis, postoperativecomplications and tumor markers of patients in peri operation period, bloodroutine, liver and kidney function and immune function. Methods:According to the principle of randomized controlled, from2010October to2013August in Department of thoracic surgery patientsundergoing operation in treatment of lung cancer, esophageal cancer, cardiacancer patients with a total of300patients were randomly selected as theobject of study, and were divided into two groups. After admission were doingroutine examination, no operation contraindication underwent radicalresection in treatment of operation. Drug group: in closed thoracic orabdominal before, according to the location of the tumor will FluorouracilImplants disseminated to the tumor bed, suspicious invasion, regional lymphmetastasis tissues prone and suspicious sub clinical tumor lesions. The totaldose calculation according to the patient’s body surface area, generally at adose of300mg~600mg. Control group: only the underwent radical operationtherapy, postoperative sternal isn’t Fluorouracil Implants before abdominalclosure, two group after treatment the same. All of the patients. Inpostoperative3months,6months,1year and2year,do the head, chest andabdominal CT examination, compared two groups of patients with tumorrecurrence, metastasis rate and survival rate differences. Changes before andafter operation, blood and liver function were compared, the changes of serumconcentration in patients with immune function, tumor marker. The evaluation of intraoperative local chemotherapy in the treatment of thoracic malignanttumors in efficacy and safety. Results: The two groups of patients after7days of white blood cell countthan before operation were significantly higher (P<0.05), but no statisticallysignificant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Two groups ofpatients with ALT, AST, BUN, CR no significant difference (P>0.05). Twogroups of immune function in patients with NK cell CD56, the differencesbetween the two groups of T cell subsets of CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8changes were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Comparison of the twogroups of patients before surgery increased tumor markers, their front sevendays after each tumor markers decreased significantly compared with surgery(P <0.05), after seven days of each tumor marker decline differences werestatistically significant (P<0.05). Drug of groups of patients with postoperativerecurrence rate, metastasis rate was lower than the control group, the survivalrate is high In the control group, but the two groups of the recurrence andmetastasis rates and2years survival rate differences had no statisticalsignificance (P>0.05).Conclusion: Fluorouracil implantation of bone marrow function, agenteffect on body function and immune function of liver and kidney is small, does not increase the postoperative complications. Can reduce the serumtumor markers in patients with malignant tumor after operation. Can improvethe survival rate in patients with the trend. Can effectively make furtherinvestigation needs to be decreased survival rate and improve thepostoperative recurrence and metastasis of the cancer patients after operation.
