To Study The Asociation Among Expression Of P27^kip1 Protein,MSCT And Pathological Staging In Gastric Carcinoma

Objective:To study the correlation among expression of p27^kip1protein,multi-slicecomputed tomography（MSCT） and pathological staging in gastric carcinoma.To research theapplication of staging under MSCTon gastric carcinoma.Methods:Total91patients with gastric carcinoma by gastro-scope biopsy in theAffiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from May2010to Jen.2011.Male58,andfemale33.ages from36to81,mean48.23patients suffering carcinoma of gastric cardia,35patients as corpus gastric,17patients as carcinoma of sinus ventriculi,16patients sufferedfrom sinus and corpus mixed-carcinoma.Well-differentiated group adencarcionoma was5,modest-differentiated group adencarcionoma was38.low-differentiated groupadencarcionoma was27,Colloid carcinoma was2and signet-ring cell carcinoma was5.MSCT were performed for staging in91patients with gastric cancer confirmed bygastroscopy.All MSCT scans were reviewed by two radioliogist who commented on tumorlocation， growth patter,tumer size,peritumoral fat,depth of invasion and lymph nodecharacteristics（shape,size,density and degree of enhancement） as well as and peritionealtransfer,and evidence of hepatic and peritoneal metastases then judged staging,all specimensof selective operation were stained with westen blot and classified staging onpathohistology.Then the MSCT staging p27^kip1expression were compared with thepathohistology staging.Results:In83.8%cases,staging based on preoperative MSCT scan is fineconsistent with postoperative staging on pathohistology.In Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ stage,the consistent rate account for53.4%,78.9%,98.7%and100%respectively.There is fine consistency between staging based on preoperativeMSCT scan and staging based on expression of p27^kip1.Expression of p27^kip1isassociated with differentiation,size,metastasis to lymph node and otherorgans,staging based on preoperative MSCT scan,clinical staging, as well aspostoperative staging on pathohistology.has nothing with age, gender.Conclusions: It is dependable staging based on preoperative MSCT staging.The expression of P27kip1protein is fine associated with biological behavior ofgastric carcinoma and correlate with MSCT staging. Combine.preoperative MSCTscan with expression of p27^kip1protein could improve the judgments of biologicalbehavior for gastric carcinoma.
