Objective To observed Shengqingjiangzhuo capsule and renal failure capsule of chronic renalsorrow dried (CRF) rat model of protective effect observed from the impact of free radicals inrat model of chronic renal failure and its mechanism.Methods Adenine gavage to rats manufacture of rats with chronic renal failure model, anddifferent methods of treatment using the automatic biochemical analyzer to measure the ratmodel of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr), uric acid (UA)liver function,blood cell analyzers measure blood red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobin (HGB), HE staining,light microscopy of renal pathological changes in rat serum malondialdehyde (MDA) detectedby ELISA enzyme-linked immunosorbent analysiscontent of renal tissue superoxidedismutase (SOD) expression detected by immunohistochemical methods and distribution.Results Adenine induced renal tissue fibrosis was significantly increased in size, renaltubular dilatation, deformation, renal function blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine(Scr), uric acid (UA) was significantly higher blood indicators erythrocyte (RBC),hemoglobin (HGB) decreased renal tissue SOD decreased serum content of MDA. Weeks oftreatment and six weeks after the treatment group and model control group BUN, Scr and UAdecreased significantly (P <0.05), RBC, HGB level was significantly increased (P <0.05),serum calcium, phosphorus metabolism improved (P <0.05) increase in kidney tissue SODlevels, serum MDA content decreased kidney tissue volume was significantly reduced,reduced fibrosis, tubular lumen to varying degrees smaller. Treatment of six weeks ShengqingJiangzhuo capsules low concentration group than in the Shenshuaining control group, RBC,of HGB increased significantly (P <0.05), Scr and BUN were significantly lower (P <0.05).Conclusions Shengqingjiangzhuo capsule can improve chronic renal failure rat model ofrenal, elevated blood indicators, adjustment of Ca, P metabolism, clear and suppression ofserum MDA production by improving the content of SOD in the organization, therebyimproving renal failure rat modelthe level of free radical metabolism, protect the kidneys, andslow down the role of renal failure development.
