Objective:To explore the Correlation between Wagner grade andankle brachiai index in patients with diabetic foot and analyze itscorrelated risk factor,in order to take effective measures to guardagainst the occurrence of DF.Methods:299cases of type2diabetes were divided into the non—diabetic foot group(NDF,259cases)and the diabetic foot group(DF,40cases),all patients were detected height, weight, hemoglobin(HbAlc),cholesterol (CHO),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein (HDL),low densith lipoprotein (LDL),serum creatinine(CREA),and ABI,compared with the difference of biochemistryindex between the two groups and correlation between Wagnergrade and ankle brachiai index in patients with diabetic foot, analyzed the correlated risk factor in DF.Results:①Disease course,HbAlC,HDL,LDL,CREA,ABI hadsignificant difference between two groups comparison.②SpearmanCorrelation analysis Show ABl was significantly correlated withWagner grade in DF (r=-0.628,P<0.001).③Logistic regressionanalysis revealed that the age,HbAlC,and LDL were risk factors ofDF. Conclusions:There is significantly relationship between ABI andWagner grade in DF,it is significant to take positive and effectiveintervention in the group of diabetic with low ABI.
