Differential Treatment Of Diabetic Foot Clinical Summary Of 65 Cases

[Objective]:Investigate our hospital determination of Treatment based on pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs Diabetic foot treatment situation, summing up chinese herbs and topical therapy treatment of diabetic foot of Clinical characteristics and experience. [Methods]:Choose 65 clear diagnosis cases of diabetic foot patients from July 2006 to January 2008 in our hospital, differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome:sluggishness of blood circulation , overabundance of both damp toxin and heat toxin ,deficiency of both qi and yin, useing chinese Herbs and topical treatment . [Results]: The total efficiency of 90.77 percent,the cure rate of 27.69 percent of this therapy,Before and after treatment ankle / brachial index (ABI) was significantly increased (P <0.01). [Conclusion]:The efficacy of the use of determination of Treatment based on pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs of Diabetic foot was reliable .
