Sport fatigue is the research hotspot of prevention and prevention in exercise physiology and sports medicine, the research on sport fatigue is of great theoretical significance, and it has practical application value for the guidance of exercise training to improve sports fatigue and exercise tolerance. In this experiment, we establish the sport fatigue model in rats by incremental treadmill training in 7 weeks,9 weeks and 11 weeks to investigate the influence of point catgut-embedding to the fatigue trained rats’exercise capacity. The SD rats were randomly divided into six groups, control group, treadmill training group, point embedding therapy group I, point embedding therapy group II, embedding-treadmill group I, embedding-treadmill group II, to record the weights of the rats and collect the organs to do the determination of biochemical indicators, immunohistochemistry and tissue morphology, the results indicated that:(1) Exercise can significantly reduce the weight of rats (p<0.01), and the difference of body weight significantly increased before and after exercise (p<0.01). Compared with training group, the change of body weight of rats had no significant difference on catgut embedding group I, Ⅱ before and after exercise (p>0.05). (2) Point embedding therapy can inhibit the increase of the index of kidney of exercised rats (p<0.05), and it has no effect on other argans. (3) Point catgut-embedding can enhance the content of HGB (p<0.05), and has no significant effect on content of HCT (p>0.05) in exercised rats. (4) Point catgut-embedding can reduce the content of LD, LDH and CK (p<0.01) in exercised rats. (5) Point catgut-embedding can reduce the level of ALT, AST (p<0.01) in exercise rat. (6) Point embedding therapy can inhibit the increase of CREA, UREA in exercised rats. (7) Point catgut-embedding can increase the concentration of T (p<0.05) and reduce the concentration of CORT(p<0.05) in exercised rats. (8) Point catgut-embedding can increase muscle glycogen (p<0.05), but has no significant effect on the concentration of hepatic glycogen and blood glucose (p>0.05) in exercised rats. (9) Point catgut-embedding has no significant effect on the concentration of insulin (p>0.05) in exercised rats. (10) Point catgut-embedding can reduce the content of MDA (p<0.05) and enhance the content of T-AOC (p<0.05) in serum and myocardiumin. and it can reduce the content of MDA (p>0.05) and enhance the content of T-AOC (p<0.05) in skeletal muscle. (11) There is a slightly widened in the rats’alveolar-interstitial from embedding-treadmill groups, and alveolar space narrowed slightly; skeletal muscle fibers twisted, distorted to a lesser extent, muscle bundle gap widened slightly, a handful of muscle cell nucleus have become karyopyknosis and broken, myocardial cells are serried, myocardium is thicken, myocardial cells arranged in neat rows, with less gap growing phenomenon. (12) Point embedding therapy has no significant effect on the free Ca2+ concentration of skeletal muscle in exercise rats (p>0.05). (13) Point catgut-embedding can increase the expression of Bcl-2 protein (p<0.01), increase the ratio of Bcl-2 to Bax in skeletal muscle (p<0.01) and have no significant effect on the expression of Bax protein(p>0.05) in exercised rats.Results:(1) Point catgut-embedding was helpful to control body weight of exercised rats, and can protect the organs from damage. (2) Point catgut-embedding was effective to promote the normal play of skeletal muscle and liver and kidney function in exercise rats. (3) Point catgut-embedding was helpful to balance the disorder of endocrine hormones and glucose metabolism in exercise rats. (4) Point catgut-embedding can enhance antioxidant ability of serum and myocardial in exercise rats. (5) Point catgut-embedding can repair the tissue injury of lung, skeletal muscle and heart in exercise rats. (6) Point catgut-embedding can alleviate the apoptosis of skeletal muscle cells in exercise rats, and protect the structure and function of normal skeletal muscle, which has the ability to improve motor ability, improve endurance and eliminate fatigue.
