The problems in the herbicide screening for special purposes, the current study implemented herbicide spraying processing with the platycodon grandiflorum. Choose eight kinds of soil treatment herbicides and six of the stem leaf herbicides, to field planting soil sealing and emergence after stem leaf spray processing on annual platycodon grandiflorum, and then carries on the plant control effect, fresh weight control effect, germination rate and agronomic traits of difference analysis, to explore into the effects of different herbicides processing aspects of platycodon grandiflorum, so as to select the best herbicides for clinical application.The main results are as follows:1、After processing with eight different closed herbicide, the difference was significant or most significant between the characteristics of the control effect, germination rate and agronomic characters.2、In terms of herbicide control effect, the broadleaf weed control effect is good with oxyfluorfen, yaotianbao and acetochlor, but on the grass of gramineae the mixed use of pendimethalin, s-metolachlor and trifluralin could achieve better control effects.3、In terms of characteristics of germination rate and seedling quality, the s-metolachlor and yaotianbao had less effect.4、In terms of main agronomic traits, the s-metolachlor, acetochlor and pendimethalin had the higher seeding quality; yaotianbao performed well; while in root length and root thick the acetochlor and oxyfluorfen is well, but have more lateral roots.5、Yaotianbao and oxyfluorfen to safety of platycodon grandiflorum; trifluralin and butralin have a light phytotoxicy; bing·e·idingzhi have some serious phytotoxicy; s-metolachlor and pendimethalin in the early have a light phytotoxicy, but the late by the phytotoxicy is serious; acetochlor had a greater influence on the germination rate, but later can slowly recovering.6、After processing with six different postemergence herbicides, the difference was significant or most significant between the characteristics of the control effect, germination rate and agronomic characters.7、In terms of herbicide control effect, the broadleaf weed control effect is good with fomesafen, yaotianbao and song·kui·uhuangan, but on the grass of gramineae the mixed use of Quizalofop-p-ethyl, song·kui·uhuangan and galoxyfop could achieve better control effects.8、In terms of characteristics of germination rate and seedling quality, the haloxyfop and Quizalofop-p-ethyl had less effect..9、In terms of main agronomic traits, yaotianbao performed well, while in root length, root thick and fresh weight the fomesafen is well, but have more lateral roots.10?Sethoxydim and fomesafen to safety of platycodon grandiflorum; quizalofop-p-ethyl have a light phytotoxicy; song·kui·uhuangan have some serious phytotoxicy; the germination rate and seedling quality is very good after processing by haloxyfop, but later by the phytotoxicy is serious; yaotianbao had a greater influence on the germination rate, but later can slowly recovering.
