At present, the function of rape transplanting machine produced in China was single, basically can only meet the requirements of rape transplanting, the studies of mechanization of rape transplanting and fertilizing were still less, changing the traditional and artificial fertilization way and realizing the mechanization of fertilization which is one of the key research and development of agricultural machinery in China at present.This paper is based on the reference of all kinds of transplanting and fertilizing machine at home and abroad, aiming at the physical characteristics of granular fertilizer and agronomic requirements for transplanting rape, design a complete set of multi-line fertilization device on the basis of 2ZY-4 type rape transplanting machine,4-row fertilizer can be discharged at the same time.The physical characteristics of granular fertilizer were determined and obtained, the three-dimensional model of the fertilizer plant was drawn. Some components of the fertilizer device were analyzed by finite element analysis software AN SYS Workbench. Using EDEM software to simulate and analyze the process of discharging of fertilizer, and the motion law of the particles in the set was obtained.The fertilizer device was tested by single factor and response surface, the best parameter combination of fertilization device was obtained by optimized. Response surface optimization results show that:when the groove width is 19.61 mm, outlet width is 20.74mm, rotary speed is 45.3r/min, stability coefficient of variation was 3.89%, consistency coefficient of variation was 8.17%, basically meet the requirements of the national standard of mechanical industry. At the same time, the amount of single discharge of each outlet is 2.06g, which basically meets the requirement of the design parameters of fertilizer amount of fertilizer device.A multi-line fertilizer device was designed in this study,4-line fertilizer can be discharged at the same time, structure of single row type multi-line fertilization device was simplified to a certain extent, and it is convenient to operate and maintain.
