Conservation tillage measures can significantly improve the soil ecological environment. By means of conservation tillage to tillage or no tillage, reduce the disturbance of soil, the use of crops straw cover, in effectively reduce soil erosion and improving the quality of the cultivated land at the same time, have the effect of water storage, keep moisture, soil fertility, is to realize the agricultural sustainable development and environmental protection win-win effective way. No-till planter is the main machine to realize protect the mechanization of farming operations, its performance directly influencing the full play of the advantages of conservation tillage.This research according to the characteristics of farmland in the north of farming on the basis of no-till planting operation of agronomic requirements, on the basis of summarizing the existing no-till planter, the machine design scheme is determined. Use of 3 d modeling software Pro/Engineer to parametric design and modeling of the parts, and the whole machine assembly and interference detection, completed the type 2-6 BQM no-till planter structure design and performance testing field.Field performance test show that the planter one-time implements cut, fertilization, row crops, sow, cover earth, such as joint operation, increase the working efficiency, reduces the operation time, various performance indexes meet the national standard requirements, and has stable performance, easy operation, easy adjustment, the no-till seeder met the agronomic requirements.On the basis of the whole machine structure design and performance test, using ANSYS Workbench to no-till planter key components of disc opener, force analysis and finite element analysis to find out the disc under the condition of normal work area of stress concentration and deformation of large area, provide a reference for practical production of the parts.
