According to the current management of the central arid zone in the production process of the extensive management, the utilization rate of fertilizer decreased, the serious waste of water resources and so on, through field experiments and laboratory analysis combined wolfberry fertilizer integration of Chinese wolfberry law of water, fertilizer needed regularity, at different growth stages regularity of nutrient requirement and medlar nutrient diagnosis of development, master medlar need water fertilizer needed regularity, formulate scientific and reasonable irrigation and fertilization system, reduce the production cost, improve the utilization efficiency. The results of this study are as follows:(1) With conventional fertilization treatment, compared to irrigation quota 290 m3/667m2 conditions, Chinese wolfberry leaf net photosynthetic rate increased, chlorophyll content increased, effectively enhance the growth and accumulation of dry matter, promote Chinese wolfberry 23.38% yield. At the same time, it is also beneficial to improve the quality of wolfberry and improve the content of Vc, betaine, carotenoid, flavonoid and sugar.(2) With the increase of irrigation and fertilization, wolfberry leaves the longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter of overall presented increasing trend, enhance leaf photosynthesis, transpiration rate faster, the intercellular CO2 concentration increased, the conversion of organic matter is increased, the growth of Lycium barbarum have role in promoting. When the irrigation amount and the amount of fertilizer were the highest, the yield was highest. But high fertilizer and high water treatment quality of Lycium barbarum is not the best, quality of Chinese wolfberry with fertilization increased showed a trend of first increased and then decreased, showed that with the increase of fertilization amount, wolfberry quality is getting better and better, but more than a certain amount and quality of Chinese wolfberry decreased. But with the increase of irrigation amount, the yield and quality of wolfberry is getting better and better, which indicates that the growth process of Chinese wolfberry need more water, water shortage will lead to the decline of production and quality of wolfberry.(3) Effects of 5 kinds of organic fertilizers on the growth and yield quality of Chinese wolfberry. Shi Yongchang Xingen organic fertilizer production than conventional fertilizer treatment reduced slightly, and application of other four kinds of organic fertilizer, fruit yield were higher than control treatment. Application of concave and convex rods organic fertilizer on increasing yield of wolfberry. At the same time,5 kinds of organic fertilizers were applied to improve the content of VC, total sugar, polysaccharide, Huang Tong, carotenoid and betaine, and to improve the quality of wolfberry fruit.(4) The whole growth period, the total N content of each part of medlar total P content and total K content were decreased first and then increased, showing "V" type distribution; nutrient content of leaf nutrient content is relatively higher than that of root and stem, while in the summer flowering and fruit, the tree fruit, leaf and stem the nutrient gradually transferred to the nutrient content in the fruit, leaf and stem decreased gradually; because of the full fruit period a large number of fruit, nutrient content in different parts are gradually less, when the Chinese wolfberry is in dormancy, nutrient contents in different parts of the lowest; in autumn fruit, the tree began to reply, nutrient content each part will rise, but the autumn fruit nutrient content is lower than the overall nutrient content of summer fruit.
