There is a problem of water and fertilizer supply in the industrialization promotion of the Medicinal food with good market prospect,Leaf Utilization Wolfberry.with researching on the integration of water and fertilizer,The effects of different N,P,K mass concentration and different irrigation lower limit on the growth, physiology, yield and quality. It is of great significance to the utilization efficiency of high water fertilizer and the yield and quality of Leaf Utilization Wolfberry. In this experiment, ning qi 9 was used as the research species.Through field experiment and indoor analysis, the N,P,K mass concentration and the lower limit of different irrigation water were studied. This experiment is to provide scientific basis for the integrated production of Leaf Utilization Wolfberry fruit,to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency, and to promote the industrialization of Leaf Utilization Wolfberry. The main research results are as follows:(1)the content of NPK content in the leaves of the leaves was K>N>P,and the content of NPK in the leaves was in the order of N>K>P.Different N,P,K nutrient solution concentration on the Leaf Utilization Wolfberry difference is very big,the influence of N can promote the leaf with wolfberry plant height increasing,P was the main elements affecting Leaf Utilization Wolfberry yield components,P and K helps with Leaf Utilization Wolfberny ground diameter enlargement.Appropriate Leaf Utilization Wolfberry in N,P,K concentration is respectively 60,30,40 mg/L,whole growth period of leaf quality of Leaf Utilization Wolfberry irrigation,N,P,K concentration is respectively,30,60,40 mg/L nutrient solution. This was beneficial to the increase of net photosynthetic rate of Leaf Utilization Wolfberry, and to increase the efficiency of water use,and effectively increase the amount of dry matter accumulation, growth and bud number, and promote the absorption of nutrients in the tender leaves. The utilization rate of N,P,K was 53.58%,34.60%and 67.91%,respectively.In this quality concentration, the leaves was the highest yield of Leaf Utilization Wolfberry, and the economic benefits are also the best.At the same time,it also improved the quality of Leaf Utilization Wolfberry buds, improved the content of the health-care polysaccharide and betaine, and achieved high quality and high efficiency.(2)with the increase of the lower limit of irrigation, the water consumption in each stage of Leaf Utilization Wolfberry is on the rise, and the water consumption is low in April and the water consumption was small; In may,June and July, the water consumption reached the peak period of the whole growth period. In August and September, the temperature began to decline and the growth was slow, and the water consumption began to decline gradually. When the quality concentrations of N,P and K were 60,30 and 40mg/L respectively in the whole growth period, the lower limit of irrigation was controlled to 80%of the water content. The irrigation amount is set to 8155m3/hm2.The maximum yield was 16.12t/hm2,which was about 21%higher than other treatments, and the water utilization efficiency was 2.53;The average daily water consumption was 5.39 mm/d and the crop coefficient was 0.8.Different irrigation lower limit had significant effect on the content of Leaf Utilization Wolfberry polysaccharide and the effect on betaine content was not significant.Too much irrigation can reduce the Vitamin C content in Leaf Utilization Wolfberry, and the quality is better when Leaf Utilization Wolfberry is in 80%irrigation lower limit. Therefore, the lower irrigation limit for wolfberry growth is 80%of field water holding capacity.
