| In view of the shortage of water resources and the low efficiency of water and fertilizer use in the arid zone of central Ningxia,the field by using the "311-B" D saturation optimal design scheme with 3 factors and 5 levels.Effects of different water and fertilizer treatments on physiology,growth indicators,quality,yield and water use efficiency.The main findings of this paper are as follows.(1)The soil moisture content and the whole growth period of different treatments are basically similar.The initial water content before irrigation is 0-100cm,which increases first and then decreases.The water content is 40~60cm maximum.During the growth period,the soil moisture content of the 40-60 cm soil layer is the largest,and the change law of 80-100 cm is not obvious.The maximum water requirement during the whole growth period is 494.72mm for T4 and 310.57mm for T6.The water consumption and modulus of each treatment period were the largest.(2)The order of influence of each single factor on total sugar,polysaccharide,betaine and beta carotenoid content in loquat fruit quality was:X3>X2>X1.The order of influence of the two factors on total sugar and polysaccharide,betaine and beta carotenoid content of loquat fruit was:X2X3>X1X2>X1X3,X1X2>X1X3>X2X3.The order of influence of single factor and two factors on dry weight and fresh weight of loquat fruit was X2>X1>X3,X1X2>X2X3>X1X3,The single factor and two factors were used for dry weight and fresh water use efficiency of alfalfa,the order of influence is X1>X3>X2,X1X3>X1X2>X2X3.(3)In the interaction of two factors,the optimal amount of total sugar in loquat fruit appeared in the middle nitrogen,middle water phosphorus,medium nitrogen and high phosphorus area,the optimal content was 50.71%,51.07,53.60%,polysaccharide and β-carrot.The optimal content of the prime content appeared in the middle and middle nitrogen,the phosphorus in the middle water,and the phosphorus in the middle nitrogen.The optimum contents were 3.73%,3.76%,3.79%,0.217%,0.218%,0.221%,and the optimum amount of betaine.It occurs in high nitrogen,high water,phosphorus in medium water and phosphorus in medium nitrogen.The optimum contents are 0.95%,0.78%and 0.79%.(4)In the interaction of two factors,the dry weight yield and the fresh weight of loquat fruit appeared in the high nitrogen,high water,middle water phosphorus,medium nitrogen and phosphorus areas,the optimal content was 4.79kg,4.81 kg,4.87kg and 19.17kg,]9.27kg,19.47kg,the optimum amount of fresh water use efficiency appeared in the middle and middle phosphorus areas of water,the optimal content was 2.26kg/m3,2.23kg/m3,and the dry weight water utilization efficiency was the most.The optimum amount is in the areas of high nitrogen,high water,phosphorus in the middle water and phosphorus in the middle nitrogen.The optimum contents are 0.60kg/m3,0.612kg/m3 and 0.613kg/m3.(5)Considering the effects of different water and fertilizer on the physiological growth index,quality and yield of alfalfa,it is concluded that under the experimental conditions,the optimal water and fertilizer program for drip irrigation in the central arid zone of Ningxia is:supplementary irrigation amount:158.30-174.36 m3/667m2.The amount of nitrogen applied is 33.87-43.58 kg/667m2,the amount of phosphorus applied is 26.01-30.15 kg/667m2,and the amount of potassium applied is 22 kg/667m2. |
