Study On Rapid Propagation Technique Of Four Varieties Of Strawberry In Hohhot

The stem tip of four kinds of strawberry were used as explants, rapid propagation system of strawberry was establishing by stem tip germination、shoot multiplication、 rooting culture、transplanting and domestication. The effects of medium、plant growth regulator on stem tip germination were studied in the process of primary culture; The effects of medium、plant growth regulators type% concentration on shoot multiplication were studied in the process of subculture; The effects of medium type、plant growth regulator concentration on rooting were studied in the process of rooting culture; The effects of mixed matrix type on survival rate was studied in the process of transplanting and domestication. The results were as follows:1、Primary culture:(1)The optimum medium for stem tip germination of Hongyan strawberry was MS+BA0.5 mg/L, the germination rate of 50%.(2)The optimum medium for stem tip germination of Dianxue strawberry was MS+BA0.5 mg/L, the germination rate of 75%.(3)The optimum medium for stem tip germination of Zhangji strawberry was MS+BA0.5 mg/L, the germination rate of 50%.(4)The optimum medium for stem tip germination of Suizhu strawberry was MS+BA0.5 mg/L, the germination rate of 62.5%.2、Subculture:(1)The optimum shoot multiplication medium of Hongyan strawberry was MS+BAO 5 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L, the increment rate of 5.1.(2)The optimum shoot multiplication medium of Dianxue strawberry was MS+BA0.5 mg /L+NAAO.1 mg/L, the increment rate of 6.0.(3)The optimum shoot multiplication medium of Zhangji strawberry was MS+BA1.0mg /L+NAA0.1 mg/L, the increment rate of 5.8.(4)The optimum shoot multiplication medium of Suizhu strawberry was MS+BAl.Omg /L+NAA0.1 mg/L, the increment rate of 4.3.3% Rooting culture:(1)The optimum medium for taking root of Hongyan strawberry was 1/2MS+IBA0.3 mg /L, the rooting rate of 100%, the number of roots was 8.2.(2)The optimum medium for taking root of Dianxue strawberry was 1/2MS+IBA0.3 mg /L, the rooting rate of 91.6%, the number of roots was 10.5.(3)The optimum medium for taking root of Zhangji strawberry was 1/2MS+IBA0.3 mg L, the rooting rate of 100%, the number of roots was 12.5.(4)The optimum medium for taking root of Suizhu strawberry was 1/2MS+IBA0.3 mg/L, the rooting rate of 100%, the number of roots was 5.5.4、Transplanting and domestication:(1)The optimum matrix type for survival of Hongyan strawberry was peat and perlite, the survival rate of 100%.(2)The optimum matrix type for survival of Dianxue strawberry was peat and perlite, the survival rale of 90%.(3)The optimum matrix type for survival of Zhangji strawberry was peat and perlite, the survival rate of 95%.(4)The optimum matrix type for survival of Suizhu strawberry was peat and perlite, the survival rate of 90%.
