| This study is the Qinling four wild Primula(Primula maximowiczii, Primula handeliana,Primula purdomii, Primula sonchifolia) Introduction and Domestication. Will be taken from four of primrose plants Qinling wild state, experimentally observed under greenhouse conditions throughout the growing process to select the best introduction conditions, the results are as follows:(1) Four kinds of primroses under greenhouse conditions showed good adaptability, wherein Primula maximowiczii, leaf lettuce and Primula handeliana introduction highest survival rate was 100%; the survival rate compared with Primula purdomii Introduction the other three low, but in the culture soil peat and soil potting mix in the introduction survival rate is as high as 80%, only in the garden soil cultivation soil survival rate was 40%.(2) Four kinds of primroses three planting soil(garden soil, mix soil and peat) conducted experiments found that the introduction: Although Primula maximowicziis, lettuce and Primula handeliana soil introduction of the three cultures the survival rate was 100 %, but the violets of spring in the soil peat and mixed Introduction higher survival rate, lower garden soil; the soil peat culture strongest growth potential, followed by mixed soil culture soil, garden soil culture soil in the most growth potential weak; analysis Primula maximowiczii, leaf lettuce and Primula handeliana flowering rate found in the peat soil cultivation of flowering highest rate, followed by mixing soil, garden soil to a minimum. So the four introduction primrose most suitable soil for the cultivation of the soil substrate cultivation.(3) Primula maximowiczii, Primula handeliana and Primula purdomii in the introduction during the experimental period have completed a life cycle, including the various growth stages of growth, flowering, seed and hibernation; violets of spring during the introduction experiment both growth and dormancy completed all stages of growth, flowering and fruiting within a period not.(4) Although the four kinds of Primula at different times(except Primula sonchifolia),but all primrose(except Primula sonchifolia) can naturally blossom under greenhouse conditions, compared with the wild Primula Introduced early flowering primrose 4 to 5months. |
