This study is according to piglet’s physiological and behavioral features,design adding several several feed attractant complex of aromatic,sweetener and umami;was conducted to investigate the effects of feed attractant on growth performance,apparent availability of diet, fecal microbe number and serum biochemical indexes of piglets.This research consists of 5 Trial.Trial one:Application effects of complex of aromatic of first frankincense,sweetener and umami of weaned piglets.This study was conducted to investigate the effects of complex of aromatic of first frankincense,sweetener and umami on ADFI,ADG,F/G of weaned piglets.A total of 48 28-day-old healthy large white piglets with similar weight were used in this trial.These piglets were randomly divided into 2 groups with 3 replicates and 8 piglets in each replicate.The piglets in control group were fed basal diet without complex of aromatic of first frankincense,sweetener and umami,the piglets in trial group were fed with 2 kg/t complex of aromatic of first frankincense,sweetener and umami in piglet dietary.The trials lasted 7 d.The results of trial showed:Compared with the the piglets in control group, the piglets of fed the diet with 2kg/t complex of aromatic of first frankincense,sweetener and umami can increase the daily feed intake (P<0.05) of weaned piglets significantly.Trial two:Application effects of complex of aromatic of cheese,sweetener and umami of weaned piglets.This study was conducted to investigate the effects of complex of aromatic of cheese,sweetener and umami on growth performance,apparent availability of diet,serum biochemical indexes and fecal microbe number of weaned piglets. A total of 72 43-day-old healthy large white piglets with similar weight were used in this trial.These piglets were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates and 8 piglets in each replicate.A group is control group and the piglets fed basal diet without complex of aromatic of cheese,sweetener and umami,The piglets in B group were fed with 1 kg/t complex of aromatic of cheese,sweetener and umami in piglet dietary, the piglets in C group were fed with 2 kg/t complex of aromatic of cheese,sweetener and umami in piglet dietary.The trials lasted 28d.The results of trial showed:compared with the the piglets in control group,the piglets fed the diet with 2 kg/t complex of aromatic of cheese,sweetener and umami can increase the daily feed intake (P<0.05) and daily gain(P<0.05) of weaned piglets significantly,this suggest that diets supplemented with complex of aromatic of cheese,sweetener and umami can regulate the growth performance of weaned piglets.Trial three:Application effects of complex of aromatic of first frankincense,sweetener and umami of piglets during 2 weeks after weaning.This study was conducted to investigate the effects of complex of aromatic of first frankincense,sweetener and umami on growth performance,apparent availability of diet,serum biochemical indexes and fecal microbe numberof piglets during 2 weeks after weaning.A total of 56 7-day-old healthy Duroc piglets from 8 litters with similar weight were used in this trial.Thses piglets were randomly divided into 2 groups with 4 replicates and 7 piglets in each replicate.The piglets in treatment group were fed with 2 kg/t complex of aromatic of first frankincense,sweetener and umami in piglet dietary,The piglets in control group were fed without complex of aromatic of first frankincense,sweetener and umami.All the piglets were taught to consume the feed,feed intake were measured every 2 hours at 21-day-old until the trial ended at 35-day-old. The lasted for 14 days.Result:1) The results showed that there was no significant difference in average daily feed intake (ADFI) and F/G of the piglets during 2 weeks after weaning, but average daily gain (ADG) of piglets during 2 weeks after weaning fed with complex of aromatic of first frankincense,sweetener and umami was improved significantly (P<0.05).The feed intake gain rate of the piglets during 4-10 hours after weaning fed with complex of aromatic of first frankincense,sweetener and umami in treatment group was obviously increased than that in control group.Trial four:Application effects of adding complex of aromatic of first frankincense,s-weetener and umami with the use of aromatic of first frankincense and sweetener in of creep feed and childcare materials of piglets.This study was conducted to investigat e the effects of complex of aromatic of first frankincense,sweetener and umami with t-he use of aromatic of first frankincense and sweetener on growth performance,apparen-t availability of diet,serum biochemical indexes and fecal microbe number of piglets. A total of 8 litters 7-day-old healthy Large White piglets were used in this trial.These piglets were randomly divided into 2 groups with 4 replicates.Those two groups were trained with control diet(with out complex of aromatic of first frankincense,sweetener and umami)and the test diets(with 2 kg/t complex of aromatic of first frankincense,s-weetener and umami)to teach groove.Feeding porridge-like material at weaning 21-day-old total of three days,and the piglets in control group were fed with control porridge-like material,the piglets in Trial group were fed with trial porridge-like material (Thos-e feed intake were not statistically).When the piglets were 24-day-old,28 healthy 1-arge white piglets with similar weight were selected from 4 litters with control diet cr -eep trained,Those piglets were randomly divided into 4 replicates and fed the control creep diet; 28 healthy large white piglets with similar weight were selected from 4 lit-ters with trial diet creep trained, those piglets were randomly divided into 4 replicat es and fed the trial creep diet.When the piglets were 37-day-old,he piglets in 4 replica-tes with fed the control creep diet start fed control cradling diet,the piglets in 4 repli-cates with fed the trial creep diet start fed trial cradling diet.The results of trial show ed:after the early creep training,the piglets fed the creep diet with 2 kg/t complex of aromatic of first frankincense,sweetener and umami have a tread of increase the daily feed intake (0.05<P<0.1) and can reduce the content of GLP-1 in serum (P<0.05).T-he piglets fed the cradling diet with 0.8 kg/t complex of aromatic of first frankincense and sweetener have a trend of increase the daily feed intake (0.05<P<0.1)、the daily gain (0.05<P<0.1).The results of trial showed:Adding complex of aromatic of first fr-ankincense,sweetener and umami with the use of aromatic of first frankincense and sw-eetener in of creep feed and childcare materials can increase the daily feed intake,the daily gain of piglets.Trial five:The preference evaluation of different complex on weaned piglets.Application preference of piglets for complex of aromatic of first frankincense and sweetener. A total of 12 28-day-old healthy large white piglets with similar weight were used in this trial.These piglets were randomly divided into 4 replicates and 3 piglets in each replicate. The control diet without complex of aromatic of first frankincense and sweetener,and the trial diet with 0.8 kg/t complex of aromatic of first frankincense and sweetener.The trials lasted 5 d. The results of trial showed:piglets had moderate-higher degree of preference for the trial diet with 0.8 kg/t complex of aromatic of first frankincense and sweetener.The results above suggest that the diet with complex of aromatic,sweetener and umami,complex of aromatic of first frankincense and sweetener or both use can increase the growth performance.
